But ain't you in the UK? Pay directly na I think the logic is send pounds at 770 (or whatever the rate is) then do a Form A @ CBN rate .. . This is up to you really Preshyi: 1 Like |

Viruses: It’s an amount that is directly debited from my card every month. I am not entirely sure it’s a fixed bill regardless of consumption, but I am sure the estimation has been done in such a way that it will balance itself with summer. The bill could have been £112 if I had gone for a 2years contract, but we are being positive as to having a different situation next year. I think the bill excesses (refund or extra charge) will be done at the end of the contract. So they will either refund some amount or I will pay if the reverse is the case. |

Preshyi: Yes, it’s possible to save some amount base on exchange rate differences. But I will advice you to just pay the money since you have it here already and move on with your life. If you transfer to Naija and that Naija story happen, you will start to feel uncomfortable. 1 Like |

Preshyi: If you send pounds back to Nigeria, it comes at the blackmarket rate. Given that the unofficial rate is much higher than the official one, you will get more naira when you convert at the unofficial rate (approx 745, variable), then use this naira to buy pounds from CBN at the official rate, so you save the difference. Arbitrage at its finest. 3 Likes |

Preshyi: The logic is that you send pounds to Nigeria at black market rate, then have someone pay your fees for you using form A. Your money will go farther this way. However, you’ll only get peace of mind with this method if you have parents in Nigeria, and they are aware of the form A processes. If you send money to a friend or someone random, e fit enter voicemail ooo. 4 Likes |

Temi231: did you write the exam when it was 250 questions or when it became adaptive? How did you find it? |

Viruses: It’s not a good sign at all, it could be that there’s something dead somewhere between the walls or the flies are hibernating somewhere in the apartment. |

Moneysupermarket recommended them for me as a cheap energy provider and upon contacting them, they gave me a monthly fix rate of 63 pounds Which is very enticing but when I checked their review online it was horrible. I'm planning to call them that I no do again but I need input from people with first hand experience. My house is all electric. Please help a brother oooo. |

I can imagine how tiring it will be to do that 250 questions. Heard it used to take about 6hrs. I did adaptive and found it not that difficult. wonlasewonimi: |

yolkman20: My suggestion is to keep searching on Zoopla and Rightmove etc. call instead of sending emails. One by one, then follow up. I was frustrated when I was searching for mine, so I brought out a book and was calling everything and anything within my budget and wrote down all my interaction with them. Until one clicked 4 Likes |

Maybe you should try to expand your search area. You might also need to increase your budget. You can also start calling agents directly or checking agents' website. I pray you get a place soon. yolkman20: 2 Likes |

dupyshoo: It was tiring and by the time you get to about the 170th question, your mind would start playing tricks on you...the worst part is the walk of shame. This when you have to pack your belongings after the time is up and walk towards the reception to get your result not knowing whether you pass or fail after 6hrs. Keep doing your CPEs sista! |

yolkman20: Open an account on gumtree and place your inquiry there , landlords and agents will contact you and scammers will also contact you so you need to be careful. State the sort of accommodation you are looking for and areas you are interested in. If you can afford to offer 3-6 rent advance payment do that and again be careful because many scammers will be giving you too -good -to -true offers 1 Like 1 Share |

I can imagine!! I had to do the walk as well. Considering my exam finished after exactly 100 questions. It was either I failed woefully without any possibility of passing even if I attempt the remaining 50 questions or I passed without the need of the remaining questions. You need to see how I was shaking while walking towards the reception. I am really on top of my CPEs. Can't afford to study for the exam again. wonlasewonimi: 1 Like |
