give accolades to whom is due . which state government in Nigeria is after human development. last time I checked no state has ever effectively provided 10% of state required pipe borne water. Kano is doing extremely well in present nigeria.

most people in Nigeria are developing independently of state government. so your talks doesn't hold water . no state government nigeria knows what is human capital investment. in terms of infrastructure development Ganduje is far above 90% of his counter parts from other states.

You can praise your state and government without using such statement as "counterparts in the opposite region". We need to do away with these tribal and regional statements, especially on public forums such as this and twitter. These need to stop, we should do better.
