JuanDeDios: I am not staying the same thing with the hypocritical and judgemental (un)social media mob that has already declared the suspect guilty. Did you notice that the unprofessional biased report didn't do as little as indicate that the suspect denied the accusation? Saharareporters is goading the (un)social media mob to continue its mob action instead of reminding them that the suspect still insist he is innocent and there's that possibility that he may actually be innocent! That platform is notorious for fake news and unprofessional news reporting because they know that the unsocial media mob is not intelligent enough. |

edmaraja: Hope you dont ever get accused of something you did not do .... The owner is not that dumb to have carried out that act in his hotel , because i own an hotel dosnt mean i should know all what goes on in there .. He was killed yes ,by who and who ..we dont know yet , everyone is still a suspect so wait till the give a verdict .. You think this the way developed countries work ? You just lable someone guilty without allowing him prove his innocent |

etokhana:. With this development DPP Osogbo and the family lawyer FF SAN will now modify the charges and Adedoyin's will now include MURDER AND CONSPIRACY TO COMMIT MURDER. However conviction is subject to evaluation of the judge. It appears that by all indications Adedoyin enjoys special privileges in Abuja that is why steps were taken to make his charges bailable even when he ought to have been charged for murder and conspiracy to commit murder. In addition he and his cohorts were not paraded in Abuja. He was taken to court in a Jeep on the day of the first sitting and journalists were not allowed to take his pictures today. Is he greater than the government? Why giving him a preferential treatment? Why trying him in Abuja instead of Ile-Ife ? Why removing murder and conspiracy to commit murder from his charges? He came to court today with sling in his neck to claim he is sick so as to perfect his bail. Abuja police did well in the investigation but was poor in prosecution. Now at Ife the charges will be modified and monitored by Falana SAN. All the suspects will be remanded at Ilesa or Ile-Ife correctional center when they appear in court in IIle-Ife or Osogbo. Thank you Falana and all those who raised alarm on this case. May Justice prevail on it eventually. 5 Likes 1 Share |

FreeStuffsNG: Oga! Your reasoning is highly provoking. If you don't know the details of the story just keep quiet. Your statement is shocking, and coldblooded. Where is the man's son, prince Adedoyin( co-defendant and the manger of the hotel)? He is at large!! The victims' corpse was recovered from a shallow grave with many of his body parts missing. Who led the police to the location? It was The hotel staff who participated in the butchering, and mentioned the Prince as the mastermind. Will the owner of a hotel not know what is happening in his hotel? When he is living within the town? 2 Likes |

omimigaius: Like I responded to one cyberbully, since you were there and knew all these, just calm down , the court will put you in the witness box and you will nail him. I will never believe the account rendered by saharareporters and I will not join the unsocial media mob to pass a verdict on him. Be fairminded enough to admit that he is still innocent until the court decide and join us to insist that the police must do a very diligent investigation. Asking for this doesn't mean I have declared him innocent but if the verdict of guilt is from.the unsocial media mob, I will not join. No injustice must be done to anyone, the dead, the mourning family and all the suspects so that whoever is eventually pronounced guilty by the court can recieve maximum punishment of death sentence. It will be terrible to send an innocent man on death sentence because you and your mob said so sir. |

supereagle: Mr Mercy, please let God use the power He vested in the court authority to decide. No sinner will ever go unpunished including members of the unsocial media mob in the event an innocent man was crucified. You are not the omnipotent and omniscient God so please stop playing God. |

FreeStuffsNG:. My attention has been drawn to a sentence in your post ....No investigation!.... If no investigation why was he taken to court? It may interest you to note that the Abuja investigation was thorough but prosecution was faulty and lopsided. To illustrate it took IRT time to reassemble the damaged CCTV found in the crime scene at Ile-Ife. The camera shows Adedoyin Moshood and Ramanh, Adedoyin's son entering Timothy' s room at 12 am.Osogbo Police might find this difficult because the. CP had been exonating Adedoyin from the case. Abuja made futher arrest when Osogbo Police were closing the case before it was transferred to Abuja. Sadly Abuja prosecution was one-sided with preferential treatment for the suspects. Finally there has been a thorough investigation on it but we await the court ruling on the case. |

ejimatic: At bolded is not in reference to the police and other security agencies sir. I was actually referring to the unsocial media online mob that were not the one investigating the case yet placed him on trial and declared him guilty. I insist that it's the authorities that conducted the investigation that should take the suspects to court and prove beyond all reasoning points in court to get justice for the victim, not the unsocial media mob and definitely not saharareporters that didn't even state the denial of the suspects like professional journalism entails. The unsocial media mob kept repeating what they read and did not investigate it ,didn't try him to defend himself in their 'court' but just declared him guilty! |

jaxxy: He was not buried in the hotel. The hotel people panicked and dumped his body. The same police troubles they were trying to avoid is exactly what they are facing now. Timothy was buried by the environmental sanitation officials of the Ife Central Local Government with the approval of the police. Try and educate yourself. Don’t believe anything you read on the internet until you do your own investigation. pedel: HAHAHA Unfortunately There is no level of lies u can spin to get out of this one. 1. Nobody has any right to bury a dead guest at a hotel without their family’s being notified not hotel management and not police. 2. They all denied knowing the guest and lied about everything. 3. According to u they dumped his body cos of police wahala?? Yet informed police and whichever board bt didnt Care to inform his family?? 4. All of them involved will go to jail. U post false write ups on unknown links and tell me to read and educate myself? U must thibk People stupid. I know they want to give him soft landing as per usual Nigerian style bt no way out of this one. Even Chidinma and Evans they will soon come and say they are innocent.
