I am not sure though but it looks like he sees my location in Dan's "make offer" page because I am seeing his IP and location and immediately I countered offer and replied with a message, he went silent just now.

It's a custom email, I can't send it through Gmail too. I can send other mails but my outbound format won't go, don't know if its because of the link in it

So the sale was canceled.

Another end user later bought it $500. No pricing.

It simply means not to give up. The student probably was devastated the sale didn’t pull through because of the 60 days lock. He held his head up high and got a better deal.

from experience, most custom emails go to the spam folder of the recipient (s). I still prefer Gmail.

First, conduct due diligence on the guy to see if he is even capable of buying from you.

Second, is his social handles represent business making activities or hobby? If he is not in business to make money, he may be reluctant to pay.

Third, be careful he is not playing hide and seek game with you. For example, I registered a domain and I approached my major potential buyer. He bucked and I was not moved because I have done my research.

Third year, as his business was growing, he saw the need to invest in a domain name and brand.

A lot of factors are at play when it comes to buying and selling.

Unfortunately I was able to get the least of important of all LondonFurnitureStore.
considering it's a UK domain which is better with the dot co UK extension . Although some UK Companies make use of the dotcom.
Right now I have 48hrs to make payment for the successful catch ($25)
Does it worth paying ?
