My understanding of the email is that they will consider your application and if you’re owed money you will be paid within 6weeks.

My advise is to write them back to clarify if you will be informed when a decision is made concerning your application. Because they can decide today and in 1 week you get your money.

Tbh the money is not something you should rush too much. Try and remove your mind from there. They will pay it don’t worry

LOL true.. I didn't get a refund back then until almost after 2 years. At one point, I just left them for like 9 months and carried on with my hustle . If they owe, they will surely refund.

Ideally the agency will say you need to pay off the remaining months but not sure what the consequences are. Forget about a IHS refund as it wouldn't be refunded.

I would start from the bottom........


Very normal, if you want checked in luggage, pay for it or take another airline that offers it (free)... If we can call it free ......

If you sign a year contract, you would have to honour that contract, it's called a contract for a reason....... If you breach that contract and depart for 4 years, a lovely boxed CCJ, would be waiting for you .........

Are you asking if tuition, would still be expected, after withdrawal ? Once you withdraw, your unpaid fees withdraws with you ......

About the IHS, knowing the way the government runs, fees paid are not refundable.......

Don't quote me on this but I think there are protections for tenants to break lease by giving the landlord notice one month I think. You know how the government likes protecting regular people vs. Landlords

At least the CCJ drops off after 5 years but will show up in any extended credit search. A MCOL remains till it's paid off or written off by the person owed.
