Good morning everyone How do you body fitness people even keep up with keeping your body fit? I started last month ..though I have seen little changes … Been doing 20 sit ups and 10 press ups Now I have escalated to 60 sit ups 30 press ups But keeping up with it becomes so tiring as each day passes So Ladies and Gents how do I keep up keeping my Body fit ? It's dedication. I had this fitness app and I was always exercising and keeping up with the app until I reached the 3rd week. Oboy the exercise were just too hard then I decided it's not by force to have 6pack and I just gave up  It's just dedication bro. |

BoredBerry: I had nothing close to having a great body Sometimes I’ll be laughed at for my physique And I have no time for Gym classes so I result to bedroom exercise for a month + now and this is the result Still trying to keep the pace |
