My opinion
There’s no spot for most of these guys switching to play
They should wait till after the World Cup.
Eberechi is good but is Lookman coming to bench Moses Simon ?
I doubt that
Except till next year once Ahmed Musa is retired.
Even Emmanuel Dennis isn’t sure of getting called up. Even if he is part of the squad he’d have to play number 7 and not 9 or 8

These foreigners think Nigeria is the English dust bin they can choose to walk into anytime
Koulibaly would have been a starter for France but he chose Senegal
Of course he isn't coming to bench Moses Simon but he'll bench Chukwueze and Ejuke. In fact, anyone on the right. Or are you satisfied with what they played at the AFCON?

We have not qualifed for World Cup yet. We need lookman and maybe Tijani to boost our squad. Amoo too maybe.

I actually said that the WC is near, not that we have qualified.

Also, if we didn't need some of these boys we wouldn't have approached them in the first place, would we?

I'm glad Lookman has come home but he has to convince someone like me on the field

How many goals has Simy scored this season that you want Sadiq dropped for him?

You are yet to tell us the deep lying playmaker you wanted Eguavoen to take over Nwakali.

HERE AND NOW

I am not sure you are ready for the name(s) Komekn will mention.

This is a guy that said Aina is our only wingback that can cross.
I am not really sure when Komekn's deliverance will come.

Emmanuel Dennis would play 7
Iheanacho & Osihmen will be upfront.
No space for that guy. He’s wasting his time
In form Chukwueze is better than him
I laugh, he’s not gonna get playing time
The only transplant that will get playing time is Eberechi Eze

Simon must stop dribbling and work on his crosses, if not he should sit for lookman. But I'd like to see Amoo on Chukwuezes wing in a friendly match.

Okoye/Uzoho

Aina Ekong Omeruo Sanusi

Ndidi Aribo

Chuz Dennis Simon

Oshimen

Ghana-Naija is about who wants it more.

Dennis can use both feet and dribbles better than Nacho.

Welcome Lookman!

I think Nacho should play as a striker. Maybe coming on for Osi!

Ndidi and Aribo partnership should not be changed for anything!

Why will you play Iheanacho Osimhen and Dennis inside one pitch sef. Dennis is not even a full winger, like Ronaldo. Iheancho has to make way for a midfielder if you want to use Dennis. However our wing options should be Simon/Dennis/Lookman/Chukwueze.

Dennis is very talented and explosive but for now Lookman has shown more consistency in the EPL. Ill go for him, but it all depends on their performance in training.

It is not the job of an "inverse" winger to cross, that's job for the fullbacks.

I have watched Aribo play and no way you can tag him a deep lying playmaker. A lot of Aribo's game has to do with the ball and he loves advancing into attacking positions.

He is not a deep lying playmaker.

But he plays as a deep lying playmaker in some games right?

NFF reacts as FIFA clears Ademola Lookman

The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) has confirmed it has received FIFA’s approval, which allows Leicester City’s Ademola Lookman to switch his international allegiance from England.

Emilio Garcia Silveiro, who is FIFA’s Chief Legal and Compliance Officer, conveyed to the NFF on Thursday.

“The request made by the NFF – Nigeria Football Federation for a change of association of the player Ademola Olajide Lookman is accepted.

“The player Ademola Olajide Lookman is eligible to play for the representative teams of the NFF – Nigeria Football Federation with immediate effect,” Silveiro said.

NFF General Secretary, Dr Mohammed Sanusi, in response said: “We sent in the application on Wednesday night after putting all the necessary documentation together. We are happy to receive the approval today.”

In December 2021, FIFA also approved the NFF’s application for the switch in allegiance for Ashleigh Megan Plumptre to represent Nigeria internationally.

In all of this it is what the NFF General Secretary said that caught my attention.

Does it mean it takes less than 48hours to get players cleared? Or is there something I am not understanding yet?

If we want to continue playing with two strikers then it should be victor osimhen and Emmanuel Dennis up front

ihanaecho is a very lazy player and he should sit on the bench and come in later as a substitute

Victor osimhen and Emmanuel Dennis will pair nicely up front

with Emmanuel Dennis being the supporting striker and victor osimhen being the main man

I think both strikers can function well together because Emmanuel Dennis possess the skill set for a supporting striker and can track back anytime to help the defence

Then Moses Simon remains on the left wing while Ademola lookman plays from the right wing

Both wingers possess the skills to destroy any defence going forward and both are also good defensively

Joe aribo plays from the midfield as a 10 behind both strikers

Wilfred ndidi plays the defensive role here and he can pull it easily

We retain our centre back from the AFCON Kenneth omeruo and troost ekong

Zadiu sanusi plays the left back position and Ola aina the right back position

I feel Ademola lookman and Ola aina will link up well maybe I feel so cause they played together in Fulham

Then Francis Uzoho should be in goal he brings confidence to the team and we really need this

This formation can also be changed into a 4-5-1 formation with Emmanuel Dennis drafting into the right wing then Ademola lookman moves to the midfield and play the number 10 role

I should be the super Eagles coach grin
Both players are rugged and can play dirty football (not literally) with good eyes for goals.

The problem is who will be in goal. Left to me o, if that Remo stars keeper keep pulling the clean sheets and saves let's draft him in (let's learn something from the Egyptians).

Chuks I dont know has been lethargic in his play and he's now predictable just as Simon was few months back. Let's see how it goes

I don't mind an Onyeka-Ndidi pairing going by our opposition (Ghana) then push Aribo upwards just behind the strikers.

Maduabuchi Obinwa, born in America with his birth captured in the database of America failed the MRI. I guess he is overage too.

Quit your agenda. Underage players regularly fail MRI screening.

You are becoming like a village politician, changing the narrative and even changing the goal post to suit your own agenda. Please have some integrity.

Obinwa came to get selected for the U17 it seems he did very well and no one could deny him a place.

However, he was treated differently. First of all his mother was told to bring 100k plus naira for his MRI test . When she was told that he failed it ,she contested the results and asked for a copy of the MRI scan results that she had paid for. The NFF blatantly refused to release the results.

We now have it on evidence that NFF officials have involvement in manipulation of MRI results.

Considering all the different permutations , and the lack of transparency, integrity and honour by the NFF. Can anybody place confidence in their conduct.

You are s camelion l watched you scream and shout that the MRI scan was infallible. Once l pointed out that Ndidi failed the test in 2003 you changed your narrative.

People don't just fail MRI results unless they are over age there are always extreme by exceptiond. But it is an age range and it will tell you somebody has reached bone fusion and cannot be U17.

Althou with that range depending on individual circumstances, stunted growth from poor nutrition, etc a person from a socio- economic background that's challenging added to environmental factors who is 21+ may still come out as U17.

You simply lack integrity.

They all pick Nigeria as second choice
Koulibaly was born in France but he chose Senegal a long time ago

In conclusion, the coaches should give priority to home grown talents or guys that genuinely choose Nigeria right from the jump as 1st choice
Right at the age of 21+

You want to practice subjective judgement by your definition of loyalty in football and justify bias and prejudice.

Do you know there are players who hate their Manager and team but were still the best player in the club , look at Rooney and Manchester United.

Do you know if all these your beloved so called patriotic Nigerian born footballers had the chance to change allegiance and play for England how many will say NO

Your talking a load of codswallop.
