I applied to a couple of schools for the fall semester but Truman State University missouri has been the only one that has responded with an admission letter and some sort of scholarship for my UG although they said my i20 will be ready by next month

Just send that visa support letter from Mpower to your school they will use it to issue your i20 also if the approved amount doesn’t cover your full tuition you will have send your sponsor bank statement too.

Okay what do you mean by "important criteria"?
If these are part of the requirements, then yes you have to submit them. If they are not listed as requirements or you are not asked while filling the school's application then they are not needed.

On the other hand, if they are part of requirements and you feel they are not important then there's a problem. It's better you don't turn in your application at all because most schools want to see your past, present and future aspirations through your SOP and they want to get a view of who you are through your letter of recommendation. They want to see your experience through your resume.

You can keep checking for closer date. If by paste April you don't get a closer one, you can apply for EA if you can.

He should take the printout to any Walgreens store and make use of the Western Union self help stand (it's pretty easy to use) or go to any store that processes Western Union transaction.

For self help at Walgreens
-click on Western Union
-continue as a guest
-enter Account name (just type SEVIS it will bring out MO DHS.....)
-enter the coupon code
-your own name,DOB, email his own US address and number
-payment and that's all
Your friend should go with his ID just in case they ask

The department I am applying for just have few admission requirements but in the school site, you can upload any supporting documents that you like/have.
So I just want to know if someone have gotten admitted before without any resume or recommendation letter. As for the SOP, I will write that one and submit.

I need to first let you know that DEM NO DEY RUSH FILL DS160. Get a Visa Date First, Start the filling 1month to the interview day. Do it a section after the other.

And again, L.MAO. Make person come in person for the filling up help? Lol. No nah.
This is 2021, where do put Technology? You can be put through over the Mobile (phone or system). Worst case schedule a zoom or Google meet meetings, but it is not even up to the Case.

Again, there is still time, just get other things (i20, appointment date) set, let ds160 be your last thing to do. Yeah, you can get a visa date before ds160 filling.

When the actual time comes, and you have gotten stuff from the bosses and maybe still need insight on Ds160 filling, you can reach out to ME as your LAST option but I no fit come OSHODI FOR YOUR CASE oh. Lol

same school, same sevis code, you don't need to make any new payment.

Yeah, SEVIS FEE expires after 365days.

You would need to pay a new fee ahead of your next visa interview if the last one has expired.
After getting the new Sevis deets, send them to your school's International Programs (who issued you i20) to help update your documents, that you have a new SEVIS deets.
That's all.
