Ur not being very fair to the drivers.
They are the operators but they get treated like trash.
They take all the risks.
Even on your worst, most dangerous and high stress trips that damage your car bolt makes profit.
What's is bolts driver welfare policy?
They don't have any.

So on any journey you accept ur on your own.
With the added stress of threading on eggshells around entitled, and outright rude and nasty riders who use your upholstery to wipe their hands after eating.
You can't correct them so they don't rate you low.
Multiple times a day we drive on roads that so bad even animals avoid them, just to fulfil a ride.
I once took a rider tthrough a bad road around igbo efon.
The road was heavily flooded and the rocks on the road where so sharp they could tear your tyres.
I was wondering how someone could put another person's car through this, when I heard rider telling the person he was going to visit on the phone that because the road is bad he took a bolt so as not to destroy his car.
Yet bolt expects your car to be in tip top shape after every 4 months.
We all know that we are disposable to them as the country has high employment and poverty rates, these are what the E hailing companies especially bolt capitalize on .
They keep you busy pursuing peanuts to survive till they replace you.
How much does Uche or other bolt staff earn compared to drivers who actually do the work?
Let's face it driving under conditions giving by Bolt is stress and I am sure more than eighty percent of the divers on the platform will leave if a less stressful way of making 200k a month presents itself.
Most if us are in it till our exit plan materializes , let's not act as if the working conditions are comparable to google.
So allow those who want to complain to do so, it's the easiest way they can release stress by mouthing off and getting encouraged by others who go through the same thing but have found a way to live with it.

I cant talk, but I can clap for you grin

Don't waste your time on people like that guy he is the typical uber/bolt rider, people who have never owned a car in their life, so they cannot cmprehend the challenges involved on thr driver's part. Look, you can tell from the way they bang your doors when they disembark, they don't even know how to close car doors properly...danfo people

Anyone who owns and drives a car regularly, knows you cannot even carry out standard maintenance/repairs based on such shitty fares

Liquimoly products are very very good for the price and they work exceptionally well too. There are two additives which i always use and I’ve never regretted buying them at all. They are ceratec and mos2

You should use the mos2 by pouring the whole 300ml can into your engine oil for your first oil change and then pouring half a can every other oil change. This additive has a grey color once introduced into your engine oil so don’t be alarmed if you notice it on your dipstick

You can use the ceratec by pouring the whole can during your first oil change and not bothering to use it again until after 30,000kms (or after 3 oil changes) because it’s effect is more powerful than the mos2 and lasts longer in your engine. This additive has a creamy color once introduced into your engine oil so don’t be alarmed if you notice it on your dipstick

You can add any of them into your engine oil and notice the difference in performance and fuel savings but you should not use both at the same time So that you would not cancel out the effects of either one of them on your engine

As for me I’d advise you to use the ceratec first then after changing out your oil after your usual oci you should then start using the half bottle of mos2 in every other oil change and i assure you that your engine will never ever give you any problems and your fuel consumption will be optimized.

After i started using this products where i usually reach with N1,000 fuel has now reduced to N700 so you’d really recover your investment on time so far you’re using your ride for ehailing plus it’s other numerous advantages for the maintenance of your cylinder walls and valve train

Note that ceratec is three times more expensive than mos2 but both are wonderful products in their own rights so don’t worry about people saying you shouldn’t use additives in your engine because it’s mostly out of ignorance

@ midoda can you pls confirm this product and your input as well.

Thanks

What is affecting most us here especially those of us that are saying bolt/Uber are not sustainable is because we lack contentment. If you think bolt/Uber charges more they cheating you quit and use your car for Taxi because those people doing Taxi don't have two heads and those people are even doing better. If you are a graduate I don't expect you to think like the regular bus driver that knows that he will make money the next day and doesn't rely on savings if you earn daily you should save daily because you are spending daily..... If you are earning millions in your previous job and you find yourself here, drop the mentality and get dirty all this excuses won't hold waters when it's time to pay bills all in all some people are not meant for this job find your place and drive that passion to logical point.... I come in peace ✌️

Greetings to everyone in the house..... Please is there anyone in need of a private driver? Since it's difficult for me to get a rental car for Bolt/Uber........ So I've decided to do any driving work for now, sitting at home all day makes me think a lot..... Like I said before I'm 26 years old. And will be 27 few months from now.

Some people just need to understand that certain jobs or businesses isn't for everybody . You have all sorts of crazy people wanting to drive with uber or bolt, touts, greedy goats and people with all sorts of lousy attitude. You see some begging online that they need a car for uber/bolt and when they get the car, they start complaining about not making enough money to deliver.
They don't make enough money because they are greedy touts who would turn down trips because they think the money will be too small. Some of them are so annoyingly rude to riders, asking all sorts of stu.pid questions when you order a ride and still call them because they'll refuse to call. You order a ride and call the driver's number and the phone is switched off. You can see that driver has arrived on the app, but you can't reach him and he won't call. Some will accumulate so much poor rating due to nasty attitude and then get blocked by bolt/uber. Then they come online to complain and lie about how they were unjustly blocked. They won't be able to deliver to the car owner because they are always turning down orders due to greed and overcalculation.
These are the types that create threads everywhere complaining about bolt/uber while other people doing same business are cashing out because they are well behaved, patient and know how to relate professionally. Some are so good that have met customers who hire them on offline trips and pay well.
When you hear about certain jobs or businesses, don't just jump into it. You need to use your head and look out for the qualities to posses to do such jobs or business. People generally need to learn how to be well behaved and this nonsense is very common with bolt drivers especially. Very nasty behaviour.

Everybody can’t have the same pocket depth lol if you want to use Mobil 1 and the oil additive it will still work out for you

But for those who have a hard time doling out the cash for such premium products and instead resort to using hardex and such then the additive will make a wonderful insurance in case of incasity wink

As humans need a certain dose of vitamins and minerals in their daily diet to avoid kwashiorkor lol so does your vehicles engine

Mos2 provides ample doses of molybdenum (anti friction additive) while ceratec contains both mos2 and boron (anti wear additive)

Now I’m not saying Mobil 1 hasn’t got these additives inside the bottle but the fact is that the amount found in them is extremely low compared to the liquimoly products

Some men can be funny... 2 odd & interesting events happened yesterday.

1, was a man roll down his window to ask my rider for phone number. She kuku give em

2, drop off a rider, as I was coming out of her street, a man in truck flag me and I pull over to know what's going on. He walk up to me and like she has been following us from when she stopped over to get some stuffs, am I into Uber? Really! But I'm don't for the day. He goes on like OK, please he only need the phone number of the lady I just dropped. I smile like bro code, no wahala, but half way into calling her number, I just start calling rubbish. Felt is wrong to give out someone details like that.

The hustle for oven is not easy in this lagos grin
