The skilled visa or the health and care worker visa?
If the later, you can do statement of comparability test by ecctis

Permanent and full time combination, if asked together; any if asked separately. You cannot get Sponsorship on part time or contract job. There are also different types of meaning to the contract jobs definition.

You can search specifically for jobs that has to with kids or working with children jobs. You can apply to schools, charity, children sports centre and also children homes, NHS, etc.

You own better pass plenty people o, you have plenty options especially with your social media presence; you will be hot cake IF YOU CAN PACKAGE YOURSELF WELL.

Go for any that is available apart from part-time. When you reach there you can decide what to do after working for few months or years as agreed between you and your sponsor.

Why I excluded part-time, is because, it is meant for people schooling already. This will prevent embassy from having prejudiced mindset about you not actually going for work as you indicated.

What you really need for the health care Worker Visa is the Certificate of Sponsorship and your international passport. Other things are secondary or supportive.
You need to understand that many international students currently in the UK and their dependants are also trying to change Status from a Student/Dependant visa to a Work visa.
So applying from here is very very difficult because most employers/agency don't see the need to expose them selves financial and otherwise to secure CoS for Level 1-3 job groups. But if your relatives in the UK are willing to help then they should assist you get the CoS through a Care home or Agency (this is possible, I can attest). Having a CoS basically means you already have a Job and you can then proceed to the Embassy to apply for a work visa.

But they would most likely tell you they aren't recruiting internationally for Assistants/Carers. If you are a fully qualified Nurse then go ahead for Permanent/Full-time openings.

Stay away from Contract/Bank or Part-time except it's a remote job that you can do without relocating.
