As far as the red pill is concerned, I have never been a fan of him, seeing him having multiple baby mamas in a highly gynocentric society that targets, and rip off, men that are considered to be financially successful than the women they date/marry. His relevance to the Red Pill is the lack of oneitis/spinning plates and that is great. I shared similar sentiments on this thread in 2020 and cited celebrities who did similar things in their prime thinking they are smart but not knowing that they were playing themselves into the hands of the women-worshipping society that they are living in, as another useful, disposable slave. Some of them, became dead broke, and fell into multiple mental/health issues. Some, even committed suicide. I remember a guy coming for my head for questioning Future's red pill "credentials" and I remember telling him that his actions may seem okay at the moment, but considering the society that he lives in where pets are ranked higher in the order of importance above men, he is setting himself up for disaster in the long run, with overcharged child support, numerous law suits and even me too-ed.

For me, spinning plates to your own personal detriment and having multiple babies with women who, for the most part, are not on the same or greater level of financial status than you are, and are in for the benefits, at your own loss doesn't seem like a smart move if you look at it, deeper, from a red pill lens.

Dieting is more about discipline, you must defeat your taste, that's a big task because most of us unknowingly are addicted to sugar, which is as addictive as cocaine. Also, sugar is not necessarily the white powder you pour inside the tea, but it is in white bread, beer, grains, legumes, tubers, practically most foods. This is why people just get fat even if according to them, they are eating healthy. If you see young folks in their 20's, they are generally slimmer but get rounder, doughy, and heavy as they grow older, and it's because sugar accumulates, losing the sweet youthful looks every one of us has.

For me, I eat more animal products, than grains, except vegetables. There is no sugar in animals products, but virtually everything that grows from the ground (except vegetables) contains sugar somehow. So instead of a plate of rice with two-piece of meat, it should be a plate of meat with few amount of rice. This is how I keep fit without trying, and it has become automatic that I do not think about it anymore. Of course, do not go monk mode, you can enjoy beer and other stuff, or else your body will protest and you just lose track and go binging on unhealthy stuff, so bribe your body once a while, but maximumly not more than 20% of your food intake.

Then such eating habits will complement your training regime. Don't count calories, just work in accordance with your body. Eat when hungry, eat healthily, eat more proteins and fats (animals products usually contain fats or nuts), sleep well, and drink a lot of water. Keep it simple, it's a game of consistency, and more of how long can you hold, or make it a lifestyle. If you stay on it long enough, it should become a lifestyle and you will have almost superhuman strength.

The two times wasn't my fault. It was hers if you got me right from that I said. Let me break it down again;

The first time, she said we should meet in a private place - a room. I told her no problem with that as I was interested in seeing her as well. So, I told her we'd meet at my place, she declined. She said she wanted a place that's close to her work place, so I said we meet at an hotel that's close to her work place then since I don't live near her work place and it's needed we meet in a room so hotel was the best available option again. She declined the hotel as well.

Since she wanted a private place (a room) and she declined coming to my place and also declined hotel room, I cant think of any private place again and when I asked her to name where else she could think of then since she rejected the available options, she couldn't come up with one. More like knowing what you don't want but not knowing what you want.

That's why it failed the first time. EXACTLY THE SAME THING HAPPENED the second time. She initiated we meet, a private place but still declined coming to my place and hotel without giving another place. I got infuriated and I expressed my anger which lead to a misunderstanding which we settled the following day.

She later travelled to her school city and I was in the city for about a week, that time she was willing to come meet when I let her know I was around and told her to let me know anytime she's free. She beeped me by herself on WhatsApp to know how I've planned our meet up but I didn't let it happen because I wasn't free during the day and she was interested in coming during the day. So when I was done with what I was doing, I left the following morning without bothering her because I wonder why she'd even be interested in meeting up anyway. So that's the third time.
