Karlovych: I don't know how else I can explain such a simple points. There are favorable conditions that bring out the best in players. Simon Moses looked poor under Rohr's tactics but flourished under Eguavoen's tactics. So the tactics and other factors can hamper a players quality. I wonder what you are typing above. The point is simple. Players quality and talent can be hampered by other factors. Finito. |

Karlovych: I did not label Henry a flop. He flopped at Juventus. Even Henry knows he flopped. He was sold as a flop. This is not about reading stats online. Google Henry flop at Juventus and you will see it is common knowledge. 2 Likes |

Karlovych: The point is too simple. Alex Ferguson changed Cristiano Ronaldo's role in Manchester United and his goal scoring form reduced. It is a simple point that you can not debate. Working conditions can affect a worker's performance positively or negatively. Conditions are important for success. Finito. |

elyte89: If you bothered to read my previous posts, you will understand the point. Let me summarize. I learnt the importance of tactics and position when it concerns players success from Arsene Wenger who brought a flop Henry and he became a success. One of the best in football history. Because of that, even though Forlan was having a bad time in Manchester United, I believed with the right role and run of games he will flourish. Pellegrini gave him that and he shined bright. That is why when Iheanacho was having a bad time with Leicester City, I said Shakespeare's tactics was the problem. Nacho excelled with a change of tactics. Just like my criticism of Rohr's tactics that he was hampering the players and Eguavoen's tactics made the players perform better. Finito. 2 Likes |

TheGoodJoe:This right here is trash, you failed to note the number of games played under Rohr compared to Eguavoen for your analysis to be unbiased. You also seem to forget that things like indiscipline can also make someone useless. Ravel Morrison and Balotelli come to mind. If a player is in a favorable condition but is not hard working there is no way they can deliver decent output 1 Like |

TheGoodJoe:You have nothing to back up that your assertion, did he change his role to what?? You failed to mention the role he changed it to like your regular generic statements. Which role did Ferguson change Ronaldo to and his goal scoring form reduced? Who replaced him in the role when he was removed? 1 Like |

Karlovych: This is just argument. I will just summarize this that Ferguson switched the role of CR7 and Rooney and Ronaldo's goal scoring rate dropped. |

Karlovych: So you agree other factors can affect players performance but want to spend time arguing. If a player is hard working and in an unfavorable condition, his performance will diminish. As I said it is just a simple fact. Finito. 1 Like |

13large: Perform better in what context. A team can play poorly and advance in a stage, that is not performing better. By the way, it is not a slander of Rohr but his tactics being unfavorable to players. Finito. 2 Likes 1 Share |

Throwback to 1999. This is about Martin Palermo, one of the hyped young strikers from Boca Juniors. In the Copa America, he had three penalties in one game and missed all. I believe this shattered his confidence. Even Pellegrini brought him to Villareal but he never had that spark again. Indeed, 1999-2000 era was an era that produced real great talents. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jPT4Vmhh458 1 Like |

Papi85: First of all Aluko NEVER rejected the offet to play for Nigeria rather Nigeria rejected him , after playing outstandingly for the SE . He was an EPL regular with Hull at the time. Eze was invited to the NFF party in 2017 he was already showing promise on loan at Wycombe Wanderers and had played for QPR first team. However, players who had not done as much as him were invited to the SE to play in friendly. And he was essentially forgotten for three years. However, when he started to "Blow" the NFF remembered that he existed particularly when England called him to join the U21. He must have had real dilemma who should I pick the ones that forgot me and picked others ahead of me by favouritism not merit and have no integrity and honesty. Ot the ones that pick only by merit and l have very little chance of playing in the senior national team. 4 Likes |

Let’s not qualify for the World Cup is when you guys will see my anger. The team is eguavoen inherited was much better than what Rohr inherited in 2016 2 Likes |
