Pls i have a question. I sent the webform and emails with respect to my previous visa refusals and error on the previous mail sent to only Nairobi because i had been doing follow up mails on my application and Nairobi sent me a mail that they are processing my application. That was why i sent to only Nairobi.
Pls do i need to keep sending the webforms and emails daily. I mean webforms with respect to my previous visa refusals which i mistakenly didnt include in my form IMM1294e.

Kindly reply. Is there a way i can know they have recvd my mail and webform

Send only twice and leave it, IRCC have received the forms you sent to them.

Good evening House, pls I’m at the verge of applying for my Study permit, my employer is sponsoring me & they also double as my marriage sponsor( Catholics would understand better) I have photo proof. Now here is my concern; is it wise I mention them as my marriage sponsor and back it up with pictures which is the major reason they chose to sponsor me or just leave it official as my employer?
From my own point of view both can go together marriage sponsor and employer .....
Marriage sponsor a.k.a "godparents"are the witnesses to the marriage they sign the marriage contract or marriage certificate ..so their names or signature is already on witnesses part of the marriage certificate, this is proof of relationship other than photo....
Explain the role of a marriage sponsor to the marriage..

What to do, attach the sponsor company account / personal account, CAC certificate , business registration document indicating particulars of proprietor owner of business.....letter of sponsorship , national ID
Explain he is your employer

Attach your employment documents : bank statement,, payslip ,employment letter/letter of introduction ...marriage certificate ,husband ID ,empyement details ,bank statement ,your children birth certificate ,etc
Let him sponsor you with his personal account than company account since you have established previous relationship with him. and you stated no tangible money in your bank statement...

You can't make payment with Naira Master Card due to the monthly USD limit. I'll suggest you contact a trusted and reliable person abroad to help you with the payment.

With the right contact of an officer working at Police Headquarters at Alagbon, you can obtain a PCC without being present in the country. All documents will be forwarded to you electronically for you to fill and scan it back to them.

Please, are there schools in Canada that do not require IELTS for masters?

Majority of Universities in Canada do not require proof of English proficiency from Nigerians for they are aware the Nigeria is an English speaking country and as such this requirement is waived for Nigerian citizens.

It’s PPR GUYS

My story is long and I may not have the timeline correctly bear with me, I’ll post the second timeline because the first one I’m not sure of since the agent I used didn’t let me have access to my profile

This journey started in 2020 basically, that’s when I contacted one popular Canada agent, she’s the one that got admission for me in Crandall university, which I later regretted because the school is way expensive for a one year program but so far I reach there, every other thing will be sorted. So after I got admission I applied in February 2021 with my husband through the agent, for her services we paid over 2k cad, and we got rejected, I was dismayed after all the money spent and all, so the agent told us to try again but was now advising I apply alone, I asked her why she didn’t say this in the first place and she said she can’t tell IRCC’s decision sometimes they approve both partners, other times they disapprove, for this reapplication she was charging 1500CAD, I wasn’t having it, I was pissed after paying more than 2kCAD and was refused, I was asking for a discount and that was the last time I heard from her, meanwhile my husband was on naira land by then and came across frankrobben , that guy was just God sent, after our first consultation he pointed out mistakes made in my first application and what we would do differently this time around , he said I would have to apply alone and gave me cogent reasons, we agreed and hired him. This guy went to work, gave me a list of documents to provide, wrote a very strong SOP AND LOE, even me sef I believe and he submitted in august, guess what happened, another rejection.. see ehn at this point I was pissed because first the reason they even gave was funny, that I didn’t have career prospects at home even when I submitted a letter from my employer granting me a partially paid study leave, with an opportunity for promotion when I get back. See ehn at this point I was done, I called my husband and frank, told them I’m facing UK Abeg and I’m done, after much back and forth, Frank said madam listen I understand how frustrating this is but trust me it’ll be worth it at the end and that did it. We decided to go with JR because we were sure their reason wasn’t good at all, so we contacted a lawyer in Canada and we began the process, I asked the lawyer how long the process will take she said 3 months, surprisingly after she filed and wrote to the defense counsel stating why we were going to court and how their decision was faulty from the start, in less than 7 days they reached out to her for a settlement and reopened my file requested for updated documents , I submitted them again. They asked for medicals, I gave them and now PPR. Please if you know you submitted a strong application and they still refuse you, if you can afford it go for a JR, my experience taught me that this people don’t go through our application thoroughly, I think once they see Nigeria it’s a negative and they refuse without valid reading . Well it has ended in praise. This platform taught me a lot or my husband a lot because he was the one that introduced me to this platform and this is where we met Frank. I always look out for ppr stories and landing gist and promised myself that I’ll post mine when it happens. It’ll end in praise for all of us. Thank you

Congratulations Ma, I am excited to hear about the approval of your study permit and I wish you the very best in Canada.

1. The kids are aged 10+; 9+; 6
2. Funds flows per month (Salary and allowance)
3. Sufficient assets evidence available.

Having considered several factors that might hinder your application from getting approval. My professional advice for you is to apply with the six (6) years old and leave your spouse and other of your children behind. When you've successfully gotten your approval and landed in Canada, you can apply for an Spousal Open Work Permit and an Open Study Permit for the kids. My advice is based on experience and the age of the kids, applying at same time with them will give the visa officer the impression that you're using study permit as a means to relocate to Canada.

Pls house I have a little issue.was given letter of admission by capebreton uni as an undergraduate program.wat am confused right now is if am starting by study permit application will I pay for the tuition during the visa processing or after bin issued visa.thanks and congrats to u all in advance.

Did the school make it mandatory that you must pay tuition prior to applying for visa? If no, then there is no need making upfront payment as tuition payment is never a prerequisite for visa issuance.

Good morning everyone. Please, I have been a member of this forum for some time now. Please, I did my JR and got a settlement offer(glory be to God). However, it has been more than a month since the settlement offer came in. My RCIC has been sending mails to them every week requesting for them to reopen my file. Please @frankrobbn, legacy edition and other gurus in the house, what can I do about this situation?

Good day people

Is it advisable for me to go directly to HR from law(I have a year experience in HR)...
Is it marketable in Nigeria and Canada?
Will the VO be willing to grant the permit base on this diversion?

Below are the schools am considering applying to, which do you think is the best
Fanshawe college
Algungun college
Conestoga college
St Clair college ( graduate certificate) and
Seneca college (graduate certificate)

Please advise accordingly
Thank you

My brother, if your agent is truly RCIC . They won't send any mail.

Someone application was re-opened 4 months after settlement, I had to hijack his application from the representative to get it reopened.

The option you have is to keep on sending mail to Nairobi, webforms. Direct webforms to ircc headquarter .

If no response within two weeks, you will have to remove representative to get response.

During my time, I even went to the embassy in Lagos, submitted letter, the response I got was to contact Nairobi.

Remember to send mail to Abuja, send atleaat 20 times daily if the date you filed notice of discontinuance to court is more than 30 days. Do you know this date?. Not settlement date.
