Hello House,

I picked my dependent Visa on Monday and realized there exists on the visa "No work, business or public funds". How best can i correct this error? Should i do it from here or correct from the UK. I plan on leaving in another one week.

Similarly, for a family of four, I and My Wife picked up our visas same day, we all did our biometrics same day as well, TLS Ikeja; Jan 20th, for a strange reasons our two son's hasn't moved beyond DMC since then. We sent a paid email, we were told decision has been made. Anyone with similar experience?

Thank you.

I got a conditional offer with a 21 year old WAEC certificate. Just go ahead and apply with it. Good luck.

cheeketo:
Kudos to all the gurus in the house, please all these universities asking for WAEC, does it matter if you have 3 credits ( English inclusive) while othe subjects are pass. I have always used NECO for all my admission so far in Nigeria because I have 8 credits, but I have a 20yr old WAEC result that is just 3 credits and can not be used for undergraduate admissions, I have HND and PGD, is the WAEC acceptable?

Good day House, I’m trying to apply for PTA on the Trade System Website. Which is the appropriate option to select?
Tourism or Educational Service?
The PTA selection automatically selects Tourism and selecting the Educational service means you’ll have to enter a receiver Bank Details . Who has done this before should please help me out.

Teesside University should be avoided at cost. Terrible University. A word is enough for the wise.

Are there schools that doesn't require POF?

Hello People, I recently received an offer of a place in two universities namely University of Huddershield and Teeside University to study masters in Public Health in both Schools. I am yet to settle for one but it appears my spirit man wants me to pick Teeside University which is offering a two years program and I feel like it will be an advantage since I will do an internship/Placement which will offer me the chance of having job experience.

Is there any strong disadvantage to choosing Teeside over Huddershield?
Is there anyone that got an offer for september, 2022 intake in any of these two schools?

Please, gurus should kindly help me with answers.

I also received an offer from Teeside but I don't know how to pay my Study deposit, please I need help.

VISA ALERT!!!!!! This is my TESTIMONY

is been quite an eventful journey full of experiences and different gbas gbos, one of which was when my POF got spoilt and we had to set up new POF, I contemplated if we could still meet the resumption deadline but i'm here today to inform everyone that we made it, both Visas issued and principal applicant has resumed school at Chester and I'll be joining her soon.

Thanks to everyone contributing on this platform and to everyone to take out of their time to respond to questions on this thread, and to everyone in the middle of their application, don't give up, keep the faith and speak to God.

If you're about to apply, pls take action in time, don't apply at the neck of time so you won't be under pressure.

See you all at the TOP

If you defer you will have to start the process all over again. Another option is to write your school a well detailed mail about why you cannot defer and how well you are sure you will catch up with your studies. Explain the efforts and time you have invested. And the delay was not your fault. When I say well detailed I mean very very detailed mail that will make anyone agree with you. Restrain from using words like Beg and it’s brothers .

Can I send you a mail. Got conditional offer from Northumbria, September batch. They asked for Waec or IELTS. Please how do I reply?

Waec is fine if you passed English and probably have your original results. If you didn't, then there's need for IELTS.

You can send a mail if you wish to. No problems

Hello everyone!

There's a trend I've noticed about visa applications and I'm a bit confused about. The immigration website says you can apply for student visa at most 6months before your program starts and the whole process takes about 15days. >>>> Why is that people are applying a month before and rushing through the process and some thereby missing the start date for their courses?

I plan to apply for September intake and I'm hoping to start visa application as early as possible (6months before) which is March so that the process will be completed and all I have to do is wait. >>>> Can't this be done? Or is there something else I'm missing as to why people apply for visa closer to start date?

Hi, is Northumbria still open for May admission?

I think so. They should still be opened. Check on the website though, as I understand not all courses take may intakes

Sometimes it’s not people’s fault the delay form schools to issue you CAS is unpredictable. Some schools like Teeside took People's money last year and even refused to issue CAS after months of wait.

Check University of Northampton. I was given 30% discount(4200 pounds) on my tuition fee , so i have just 9800 pounds left. Though, the tuition deposit is 5000 pounds but you can pay the remaining in seven installment

You says you plan right? So start then process then you would understand better, some started the process 2years ago and not even the 6months recommended.

It’s not hard, just move on if you don’t have a response

If it wasn't hard, I don't see why you shared it on a public forum to seek advise or other persons thoughts after you had been told what to do by the agent.

Simple, if the school wishes to know your past immigration why not declare it, if that cost you the admission good, move on like you preach and apply to other schools that would offer you an admission regardless if you have had multiple visa denials in the past.

Okay go ahead don't declare, and maybe the school says scan all pages of your passport and submit or when you have been admittedyou get a mail or call that the immigration unit are looking into your immigration profile then you go into panic mode, and come here and say my people, gurus and ancient days right?
