You're right. M.Sc being your highest qualification is ideal, but if you want to also explore PNP route and the province requires the ECA for your bachelors, then it's advisable you do both M.Sc and B.Sc. darasam4u: |

chadbaby: Get in the pool. Nobody except IRCC and Trudeau knows what they are planning. Explore as many options as possible, there is allowance for dual intent. When you're in the pool, you are technically not an applicant yet unless you're invited to apply, so that can be an option while you explore others as well. 1 Like |

darasam4u: Only your highest qualification is needed to calculate your points, so evaluating only that is okay. However, further down the line you may still need to evaluate that BSc whether it's for further studies or for some govt jobs. If you are in no major hurry, evaluate both at this point (do the stress of transcripts request once and for all), so that you have that handy for whenever the need arises. |

I have an important question please. Asked on telegram but seems people are hoarding info there or they don't know about it. I have 2 or more certificates. While simulating my scores for oinp, I observed that removing the additional degree would make me qualify for pnp. If I do this and receive Noi, oinp will request a copy from Wes. Wouldn't this be a big issue at the end of the day? Can't I claim just Bsc then after Noi, in place of personal history, I update it there? |
Re: Canadian Express Entry/Federal Skilled Worker Program - Connect Here Part 11 by Canadianbyfate: 10:36pm On Feb 17, 2022 |
nat138:Can you evaluate both then later chose just one because of pnp? |
Re: Canadian Express Entry/Federal Skilled Worker Program - Connect Here Part 11 by Wendyfred(f): 10:45pm On Feb 17, 2022 |
nat138: Hello Nat. Please do you mean the transcript only needs to be sent by email? |
Re: Canadian Express Entry/Federal Skilled Worker Program - Connect Here Part 11 by Tonyamori(f): 10:45pm On Feb 17, 2022 |
Wendyfred: If you have money but most people do standard delivery . My ECA is in my inbox .they sent to us because of Covid buhahaha. If you are sending your transcript via email you don’t need courier . |

Canadianbyfate: darasam4u: You can evaluate both but in 2 different reports so that if you want to claim points for one and not the other, the documents are not messy, needing lots of explanation. Obviously, you are required to declare all information... so whatever you are not claiming points for needs to be updated in personal history after ITA. I don't know if PNP app before nomination has anything like personal history section, my waka nor reach that side. #PersonalOpinion 2 Likes |

Denerystormborn: Read here. New passport will not get updated on MyCIC/GC Key. You will only know 100% by a webform reply or GCMS notes. Doesn't harm to resend webform with new passport again. https://www.nairaland.com/6081746/canadian-express-entry-federal-skilled/633#103727966 |

Good evening guys. Quick question please, for those who have gotten PPR, how long does it usually say that you have to land in Canada before your COPR expires. |
Re: Canadian Express Entry/Federal Skilled Worker Program - Connect Here Part 11 by GraciousWords: 11:59pm On Feb 17, 2022 |
Yellowmellow: I would think same docs as before plus FD reprinted to show current date on the certificate or report plus an LOE if it makes things clearer to VO. People that used gift deed should just continue with gift deed when asked for ADR.....if you provide something else e.g. bonus from work or sale of house, they may wonder what happened to the gift you were given initially. Bakola: The visa stamped in your passport and medicals will expire at the same time or within the same time period. That single entry visa is your gateway into the country. COPR is a longer term document. |
Re: Canadian Express Entry/Federal Skilled Worker Program - Connect Here Part 11 by nat138: 2:15am On Feb 18, 2022 |
Dennyjuff: For FSW as long as the work experience you're claiming points for is within 10years, you're good. Not sure, but I think some provinces require it to be within 5 years or so. Read up on the PNP eligibility you're interested in to get accurate information. 1 Like |

Wendyfred: My response was for your ECA report, must have misunderstood. I know WES for sure has agreement with schools that can email transcripts to them, not sure if it's all schools and if this was just to address logistics issues at the height of the pandemic, I don't know the process for other bodies. But whatever the case, you're not the one to email the transcripts, it has to be done by the school if that option is available. You need to start the evaluation process and request for your transcript, I guess the transcript fees your school will charge will cover whatever means they will use to send it to the evaluating body. |
Re: Canadian Express Entry/Federal Skilled Worker Program - Connect Here Part 11 by Allegory(f): 8:31am On Feb 18, 2022 |
Dennyjuff: You can use any of your NOCS as your primary noc as long as you have up to one year experience in the last 10 years. Some provinces require your experience to be more recent, so make that last 5 years to target the provinces. I don't think any province selects by secondary noc (not sure though) but whatever noc you think will get you an NOI is what you should use as primary noc. |

Hello house, any one with experience should help out. I have different NOCs from same organisation but I want to use just one which is 2yrs so that my scores will fall within ONIP scores. This means I won't me mentioning them when filling pre ITA but will fill them into personal history post ITA. My question is, will it be termed misinterpretation? |

Do you know what exactly you filled in your application wnen you submitted the first time,?please sure there isn't any discrepancies.one can now view submitted documents now . quote author=Telemaduke post=110294965]Hello fellow Canadians, I recently got ADR for Schedule A Online for me and my spouse which I submitted last week. I submitted the electronic form that could be validated as stated in the request letter. However, i got another ADR for schedule A yesterday. This time, the letter just said 'updated schedule A for me and my spouse' with no additional details. My question Is that is schedule A online different from Schedule A form? Could it be that I probably made a mistake in the previous one submitted? Your input will be appreciated. [/quote] |

Re: Canadian Express Entry/Federal Skilled Worker Program - Connect Here Part 11 by Allegory(f): 11:51am On Feb 18, 2022 |
odeyinkao:You're expecting ITA in the next pnp draw? Which means your pof and reference letters are already ready. You can book medicals cos you might not be able to get a close date after ITA. You can't do biometrics until IRCC sends you a letter so that's out of the question. Get the dates of birth of all your siblings and spouse siblings if applicable. This one wasted my time more than i thought it would. Make sure your passports are in order. The other activities are pretty straight forward and won't take more than a day. 4 Likes |

greenverte:People have done this in the past and gotten PR. But these people didn't do it just to target pnp ITA. Now that so many people are doing it to target pnp who knows whether the VOs would start to see it as misrepresentation. Until some of the people that did this for pnp start getting PPR, I don't think anyone can answer this question for sure. For now, I still see it as a risk, and imo if you're going to do it make sure you have a reasonable explanation handy (with proof)+ in case of ADR or PFL. E.g employer refused to give you reference letter, experience was unpaid or part time, etc. Just in case. 2 Likes |

Yes, you can book medicals ahead for yourself and family seeing how tight getting dates can be. You will not be able to book biometrics without the BIL and that you get when R10 is complete and medicals passed. Get your PCC close to when you think you’ll be able to submit. If you don’t have reference letters from your work place and bank yet, get that. Get your digital photo sorted. Snap at any studio24 and just get the digital copy (soft copy). That’s all I can remember for now. All the best! odeyinkao: 3 Likes |
