Using my application as reference, you can state you were paid in cash in your reference letter.
If company has a detailed online presence, just the reference letter will suffice. If not, additional document might be necessary.

I used Nysc and 2yrs job experience (paid in cash). Both school and company didn't have a detailed online presence. For the nysc I submitted reference letter from the school plus statement of account highlighting salary inflow.
For the company, I submitted reference letter and 6months payslips. I didn't get any ADR.
Hope this helps. Cheers.

Not misrepresentation in my opinion. I'm so confident of this view that I'll pay your lawyer fees for judicial review if the VO does anyhow grin

So long as you include the other NOCs in personal history even if they are not in WE, I don't think you have a problem. You are not concealing the fact that you have additional years of work experience, you just don't want to claim points for some and not all. This is for post ITA when you are facing IRCC, I have no idea how OINP actually assess their own nomination applications.

The link below says update all your WE to qualify for a broad range of programs, my interpretation is that if I want to target a particular programme e.g. PNP and not FSW, I can update the barest minimum required to do so e.g. 1yr

https://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=1125&top=29

But if your heart is doing gbim gbim then wait for FSW which we all hope and pray starts soon.

Thanks for this reply.

If eventually just one NOC is used, remember that other job roles will be mentioned in the RL.
Even though they would be listed in work history, won't that cause a problem being listed on the RL?

If you have 2 different NOCs with the same company, you could ask for a RL specifically for the NOC you want to claim points for.

Using myself as an example, I have 3 NOCs with the same company. I asked them to provide RL for my most recent NOC which was the one I was using to claim points. This was 3 years worth of WE even though I have many many more years worth of WE with the same company. In fact in the RL, my employer stated the details of my 3 years WE for the NOC I was claiming points for......but they also mentioned I have been working with them for far longer but did not give details of my other roles. So nothing is being hidden.

I don't have PPR yet but I don't think it's an unusual request or a problematic one but if the company is not willing to do this, then......

Please also make sure your eligibility is still at or above 67 with 1 or 2 years WE. Page 1 has the calculator for that.

Eligibility is not an issue even with 2 years WE.

The 2 years NOC is not my current role, hence the concern. Recent NOC is 3+.

IRCC allows us to use any eligible WE in the past 10 years. It doesn't have to be your current role.

Let me rest my case though smiley it's entirely your call....... if you're not comfortable, best to stay with the decision you can defend with your full chest.

Thanks for your enlightenment and opinions.
More understanding was what I seek which you actually provided. Thanks once again.

I have an important question please. Asked on telegram but seems people are hoarding info there or they don't know about it.

I have 2 or more certificates. While simulating my scores for oinp, I observed that removing the additional degree would make me qualify for pnp. If I do this and receive Noi, oinp will request a copy from Wes. Wouldn't this be a big issue at the end of the day? Can't I claim just Bsc then after Noi, in place of personal history, I update it there?

If you have money, I will advise you evaluate just that BSc only with another examining body like CES or IQAS...that is acceptable by IRCC. Then you are good to go... Do this fast and quickly.

Hello Everyone,

I got Adr for pcc, remeds and schedule A form. I have sorted the first two but my problem is the schedule A form. I can’t for the life of me remember the actual dates I used in some category. I had kept screenshots of every page of prior to submission in 2020 but I have lost assess to that Laptop. My question is this, will date discrepancies in house address, deceased parent date of death and month of graduation from Uni cause problems for me? I have a fair knowledge these dates but I’m not 100% sure and it’s putting me in panic mode. Please help with your opinions. Many thanks.

Ps.Is it a better idea to download the schedule A form and fill it by hand, scan and upload as suggested a few pages back ?
Many thanks again

Print and fill by hand or fill online and print. Either way though, you need to sign your signature by hand, scan and update in the placeholder.

Go back to your application to get the exact data (education dates, address etc) you filled in 2020 at AOR, you can view the data but can no longer edit: Login to your GCkey account and then open your PR application
- Click on "View submitted application or uploaded documents....."
- in the url replace the last part:

from this "http ://......../documentsTosubmit.do" to this "http ://........./applicationChecklist.do"

The characters are case sensitive.

Hello
Change the “documentstosubmit.do” to “applicationChecklist.do” on the URL after clicking on view application.

You’d see all you submitted and “transmitted” showing in front so you can now click on each form to see what you submitted

Eligibility : are you eligible for the program you applied under

Program assistant that has looked at your eligibility is asking the Officer to review an area. Which area specifically is Review Required? POF, work experience etc. It could be nothing at all but could also be something to pay attention to. Check that section of the notes well it's usually quite detailed so read your notes again and read here

Every other thing has been recommended okay- POF, Reference, R75,R76 except for Medical which I saw in Progress as at the time the case processing officer was reviewing. The medical was later passed the next day. This same medical has even expired and have done upfront that has been passed again but they ain’t looking at the eligibility for the past 14months.

Hello, japa family.
I got wedded on 9th of this month but got the "Ready for Visa" mail on the 8th. I have sent webform to inform ircc on the change in my status.
I was given 30 days to send my passport. Up till this moment, I have not received any response from them.
Biko, what can I do at this point? Do I go ahead and send my passport to Vfs Lagos, or just chill for ircc?

It doesn’t come so quick like that when adding spouse. Not even in this season of backlogs.

The reference letter is already one of the most important requirements, there's nothing you can do to avoid sending one. Your application would be rejected as incomplete if you try. Go to page 1 and read up more on the process b4 you start. I doubt anyone cares about your NYSC certificate.

In my opinion, PNP or study route should be your best bet. You can actually do both to increase your chances or speed of getting into Canada...

Hi Guys,
On Jan 31, I received ADR for;
*Pof
*Schedule A
*Pcc of Germany
I've got the necessary document for the updated POF and filled schedule A ready since 4th of February. However, I haven't uploaded any of the docs because I'm still looking forward to the PCC from Germany.
The deadline to upload these documents is 5 days from now. How do I go about this, incase I don't get the pcc by the end of this week and given that response to web forms could take upto 3 weeks.

For the PCC you can write a LOE and attach evidence that you have requested this from Germany if you have the reference number or a portal you can print a reference showing processing you can attach that as well.

I believe this should buy you time

I did the same thing too, I attached a LOE and evidence to show that I had requested for the PCC and included proof that the document was in transit to Nigeria. As soon as I received it, I raised a webform and uploaded the PCC.
