not only did the agent fill. It is not only the filling part on application form. Also not fair to heap blame on only the agent here. He was not scammed, at all.
Your husband gave his passport for fake visas to be put on it, not one but numerous fake visas- Canada, Germany, India, Ukraine,China… all fake visas. 5 countries.
Your husband was very complicit. He knew he had not travelled to those countries but yet….

Apply for your visa first. Dnt join the two in my opinion. After you conclude, maybe to start the battle then. This is a serious case.

Meet the NIN guys at the immigration office, my wife and son experienced same issue. Tip the NIN guys they will help you drop your NIN to the immigration portal. Otherwise they will ask you to send mail to NINMC in abuja which will further delay you. Ours reflected under 24 hours.

I just booked a TB test date for 2nd May.(Abuja). Now I realize May 1st is workers day which is on Sunday, that means the holiday will be May 2nd on Monday which is my appointment date..

Is it possible for me to cancel my booking? Or will they attend to people booked for that day? What can I do..

Calm down na, he has no fake visa on his passport. When i meant the agent filled the form, i really mean he did. Until the day he went for biometric, he got to know all the info filled on the form. Not everyone is knowledgeable about this visa, i became more enlightened after joining nairaland and reading almost everyday.. E ma ni suru oo

ok ma. However the letter you posted said he he had counterfeit visas for these countries on his passport. In the border agent’s words, he examined the scanned copies of the visas in his previous ppt and they were all fake…. It was written like 2ce . Was the border agent making that up?

I got the response on Wednesday , l contacted Ikeja TLS Thursday but I couldn't due to the crowd but on Friday after several hours, they said it hasn't been sent to them.


Please what should I do?

He doesn't even have a previous passport, we were shocked when we got the document checklist from him that year and saw it too, how he scaled through, we don't know. The only question he has asked him when filling were his names and so on. Others including travel history, we had no idea and he never informed us he would be including such. He was referred by a family friend back then who convinced us it was better to use an agent to avoid mistakes... it has happened already abii, we will applying together and declaring the refused entry, i hope and pray it turns out positive. I have been an advocate of diy after this incident, its better to be refused and have rest of mind. Thanks for your input

Yes you use it to pay for Tuition fee in any School in the UK. It’s a pretty straight forward step. Enter your details Carefully. Follow the steps I told
You first. Get the School Account details. Make sure you have the full funds in your Bank Account. Make sure you attach your Certificate to the Application I.e Undergrad, Passport, Unconditional OFFER Letter.

PS; Leave out the CORRESPOND BANK PART of the BENEFICIARY ACCOUNT DETAILS

if not dependent on student visa… preferably before 6 months to end of your program, can not be dependent on graduate visa. I think that’s what everyone has been tryin to say to you. Google the guidelines tho

You can not add/bring a dependent to UK with a graduate visa. It can only be feasible if they are already in the UK at the time of your application.

Come back to Nigeria next month, do court wedding. She applies for visa and you are good to go. You can always do traditional wedding If that's what you want later.
