Former Isreal PM met Russia president many times because of it.

The first time F35 came to Syria airspace, through Southern Syria but got hit then Isreal said it was a bird.
The second time the F35 travelled through Jordan airspace, to hit target between Syria and Iraq border.

If S400 is not working then why is USA sanctioning any country that buy it.

S-300 did not fail. The Armenia old S-300 was not designed to counter drone. Drone can be a serious threat to any air defense system. Remember what happened to Saudi ARAMCO. The US Patriots defense system failed to intercept the drone used to bomb the facility.

No S-400 has been destroyed yet. So why condemning the defense system when it has not been defeated. Time will tell.

Besides Russia has it's own drones too. The popular Orion drone is a very capable long range drone. Sukhoi S-70 Okhotnik-B (Hunter) will soon be in service. Grom aka Thunder is a stealth combat drone and so on.
