I like this your logic ehn.... So if a lady rejected you thrice and was even willing to date a guy not up to your standard, you will still go back and beg her right?
There is a saying 'marry who love you more than you love her' why? Because she would be ready to do anything for you...she will be ready to ride with you through thick and thin.(this is what Thegoodjoe meant by passion)

Now, if the lady that rejected you thrice now decided to accept your advance, that's when you become a Simp pro max ... She will automatically become the husband while you become the wife...she will be the one dictating for you...she may decide one day to break up with you and there is nothing you can do, she can even roll out a timetable for you and you will follow it whether you like it or not ....

To the girl that will only date you when you're ready made (Olise) , as you know that life can't be rosy all the time, how sure are you that she will stay with you throughout the down times?

It is hard explaining simple things here sometimes.

I did not say beg or force or pick who reject you. Abeg!

You just gotta make effort and not give up on people too easily. That same woman who initially turned you down probably needed time to decide what was best for her. It is all about self interest. Stop twisting my point.

Now, who is the one that love you more by the way?

Are you seriously trying to paint Nigeria as a saintly and sanctimonious nation? Are you really trying to draw a false image here? Is that what you're trying to do? Are you fvvcking kidding me right now? Who are you trying to deceive? Do we look like ignorant people here?

We're talking about one of the most corrupt countries on Earth.

We're so holy but we're number two in the world when it comes to paternity fraud.

We're so respectful but people still have the mind to rape women in God's church.

We're so caring but we kill cats on a daily basis because we think they're witches and wizards.

We're so honest but every year we pay for runs when our children want to write exams.

We love to criticize politicians but we keep quiet when a family member becomes one.

See don't even get me started. I don't want to derail this thread.

Nigeria is not corrupt, Nigeria is greedy... European countries are more corrupt than Nigeria they call corrupt.

Most Nigerian women usually get pregnant for their boyfriends before they marry so that paternity fraud rank is very fake..

women get raped in europe and U.S..

Only a section of the country thinks cat are wizards and witches... there's a stray cat on the roof of the bungalow beside my house and no one has killed it..

Only a section of the country pays for runs for their students..

Nigeria's problem especially southern Nigeria's problem is lack of ownership of companies and relying on FDI while northern Nigeria tries their best to use their favorite billionaires to own companies. because the person who owns the company keeps the profits so more foreign owned companies means foreigners take the profits out of Nigeria and this under-develops Nigeria... more northern Nigerian billionaires owned companies means northern Nigerian billionaires take the profits out of southern Nigeria...

so politicians aren't the problem, the problem are the governors who can't build state owned companies so that they can keep the profits.. for example, what will it cost Bayelsa, Rivers and Akwa-Ibom to build state owned oil companies and keep their profits and also get 13% derivation.

Oga their duty is to develop grassroot sports generally and development of young people. Check their Act of establishment and definition of statutory powers and duties. If you don't know the role of your government ministries you'll keep on blaming the wrong people all the time. The ministry doesn't fund NFF. NFF is obligated by FIFA to be self reliant so as to avoid government control. But due to inability to meet that. The Federal government gives NFF something called Subventions or Intervention fund. NFF sole job is to support and regulate the national team as well as professional football in Nigeria.

Go and read your legislative acts your senators and reps wrote and amended. They're not there just to collect salary and share bags of rice in your village.

How can a federation support and regulate the national team as well as professional football in Nigeria without developing grassroots

that's like saying parents should only support and regulate their children and its the job of the government to develop the children..

from your second paragraph...
If I approach a girl twice and she turned me down, she may be playing hard to get..I will go home and restrategize and approach her again but begging her to accept my advance is out of it. The worst of it all is when she starts giving a guy not up to my standard a green light (I'm talking about Eze here), I will move on.

Now, to your last paragraph, the one that's available . I don't know what you meant by AVAILABLE in your first post but if it means she is willing to go with you, then there you have it

Nope....you missed the point again.
It's not as if we're are entitled to their loyalty like you put it here. If we approached them and they refused, the most sane thing is to leave them alone and focus on those we have. And if they're willing to play for us,they must show their loyalty...yea

Comrade, why are you so hell bent on saying I missed the point even when you keep proving my point over and over again? grin grin

Check the last paragraph of my first post you quoted. I clearly stated that I am against begging them.

Approach them once, one of three things will happen. They'll either
1) Accept your offer
2) Ask you to give them time
3) Reject you outrightly.

For options 2 and 3, you simply leave your contacts with them and tell them to notify you when they're ready but you're under no obligation to recruit them if they're out of form. They need to be consistent with their performances when they finally contact you. It's so simple. Some people are against even approaching them cheesy

You brought the economic situation to the argument, that's why I said you're off point because all of us are affected. grin

For your last paragraph, I agree wholeheartedly. That's exactly what should be done. Approaching them every time even when they gave you either the number 2 or 3 response is somehow to me.

Why?

Olise is confused.

He has about 4 options. You don't expect him to make a rash decision. Put yourself in his shoes and see from his perspective. We are not begging him. We are trying to make him see why he should pick us and not the other teams. It is called diplomacy. And in this case, the one who wants it more, who produces more benefits to the player's interest, wins.

It is not begging.

What are you saying? Is greed not an act of corruption? What do you call the greedy act of funds embezzlement? Is that not corruption?

As for paternity fraud, please if you do not know the intricacies of a particular topic, it would be wise to make appropriate research on it before commenting. So many men are suffering day and night just to provide food for children that are not even theirs and you're here telling me the rank is fake.

Like I said earlier, I don't want to derail this thread. Talking about Nigeria gives me headaches.

Eze is hoing his "big money" move in the coming summer would help him regain England attention, and perhaps a call up. And so he doesn't want to throw that opportunity away for a super eagles call.

My take is that we should focus on Olise and leave him alone for good.

Thank you for the post. Exactly my guess was the problem. Nwakali does not want to sign a new deal and the club is angry with him.

Instead komekn kept on spreading wild stories.

No matter what, the guy will get an improved deal and leave that club.

It seems his agent knows his work. The thing is turning back on Huesca'e management.

Na why I say "focus".

It is not easy for the dude.

Make we do our part qualify first. His options are many. Nor be him fault. Especially when you're surrounded by people who tell you so many negative things about Nigeria.

My own is that, should we get better options who are better or in the same category as they are, make we leave them focus on the ones we get. E.g Amoo and any other.

But we nor too get options . So you see. We need then as options too. undecided

you're right...
The begging part is Eze's
What I had with Olise is his decision to join us only of we qualify for WC and TBH, that doesn't sit well with me.
We're not gonna drop those who laboured through the qualifiers for one FBs. Are we?
