1) Accept your offer
2) Ask you to give them time
3) Reject you outrightly.

For options 2 and 3, you simply leave your contacts with them and tell them to notify you when they're ready but you're under no obligation to recruit them if they're out of form. They need to be consistent with their performances when they finally contact you. It's so simple. Some people are against even approaching them
