Nigerian rapper, Folarin Falana, known as Falz, has addressed concerns on declaring for presidency in 2023.

Falz has been at the forefront campaigning against old leaders, advocating for a better country and for the youths to lead Nigeria.

Some individuals have since asked Falz to form or join a political party alongside other young agitators and declare for 2023 presidency.

However, Falz in a podcast session with Lola Oj said he has no plans of being Nigeria’s President or any other political ambition at the moment.

According to him, all he desires is for everything to be great in Nigeria, adding that things are upside down and needs to be fixed in the country.

Falz said: “Being a President, I’ve never thought about it, it’s not part of the plans. I’m just a well wisher that wants everything to be ok in this country.

“I look around me and I see everything is upside down and I don’t think we should be existing like this as a people.

“There’s an entire array of greatness we’re supposed to walk into, but we’re dragging our feet, that’s the problem.”

Nigeria is crawling when she should be running like Usian Bolt.

Looking at the surplus natural resources at our disposal, I see no reason why anyone in Nigeria should be suffering or killing each other.

Those are the helm of affairs are just been selfish or outrightly ignorant on how to use all the free natural resources to better the life of everyone.

Lazy confused youth. Upon all the noise they made over endsars, theyve had 2 years to organise themselves into a political force but here they are a year to the elections and the fools after insulting the older generation are fighting online over which of the old men will become their president!!!!!

i said it at the time they think they are the ones that invented protests, their fathers did the same and the same fathers are the useless ones in power today and the same useless youth will be the same useless elders in power in the years to come. The problem with Nigeria is the Nigerian himself!!!

Nigerians have never been able to organise themselves effectively, it took only 6 years of independence for us to scatter a good arrangement left behind by the british and weve been going downhill ever since!!!! In 56years we've been unable to find a system that works because we are Nigerians!!!!

I said it in a previous post, the problem of Nigeria is Nigerians. The quicker you understand the pysche of the Nigerian, the quicker you come to terms with the true trajectory of this country and have peace and organize your life accordingly and not lead a life of (or waste your time on) false hope!!!!

Nigeria has destroyed many well intentioned people!!!
