NO! find a service-based skill to learn so that you can sell it after learning. It could be graphics design... you can charge 5k naira per design or more... let's say charge 10k naira per design. Do like 10 per month and you have 100k naira or even 150k... then you can switch to domaining a bit.

There is no guaranty that you will make a sale on that 30k if you register a domain name now. You might even blow up your 30k and
