Iyorchia Ayu: What PDP Will Do To IPOB When We Take-Over In 2023 by aminulive: 10:06pm On Feb 23, 2022
The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP has detailed what it would do to the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB and its agitation for a sovereign state of Biafra.

Speaking in Imo state on Wednesday, Chairman of the party, Sen. Iyorchia Ayu disclosed that the PDP will adopt the strategies that late former President, Umar Musa Yara'dua used in handling the militants of the Niger-Delta.

He added that the IPOB struggle was largely caused by the 'Marginalization' of the Igbos/South-east region.

In his words; "Our party PDP will be taking over government in 2023. We will bring development across the nation and as well solve the ongoing agitations in south-east by the Indigenous People of Biafra over marginalisation by the current ruling All Progressives Congress (APC)".

He expressed confidence that the IPOB issue will be sorted out peacefully.

POLITICS NIGERIA earlier reported that IPOB, a pro-secessionist group has been agitating for the South-East to break-away from Nigeria. Its leader, Nnamdi Kanu is currently in the custody of the Department of State Security Service, DSS after was captured in Kenya in 2021.

He is facing currently facing charges of Terrorism and Treasonable Felony.

Make sense..

Everyone should be made to feel self-worthy in their motherland. After all, it's a Commonwealth.

No marginalization anymore, even to ethnic groups who are just a thousand strong!

Let the milk and honey flow across board. Nigeria wasn't made for some selected ethnic groups.

Sensible Nigerians still remember how d issue of militants were resolved by late Musa. When he sent his then VP Dr. Jonathan to d Greek and so forth.
Late Musa used an approach that even till morrow, Niger Deltans still remembers him.
D issue of ipob is something that even Mazi Kanu is even confused bcs they whole thing dun turn to jaga jaga.
One thing people forget to know is that, d unborn children in Igbo land would always be identified as a biafran than Nigerian.
There are ways d FG would hv handled this whole thing but they felt that show of force is d best approach and that's why everything and everywhere in d East is so so confusing. Soldiers killing innocents people and UGM killing soldiers and policemen, so is it a win a win for both parties? Hell no.
Modified: Thanks all

Garbage... Same bullshits all this politicians will keep talking, wheras, when they are the sponsors off Al this happens both the PDP n APC.

Majority of PDP products makes APC. Please can someone list any APC members that have never been a PDP member, they are not up to 20%.

If anyone thinks Nigeria will be better in 2023 either PDP takes power or APC well still face same problem, even worse.

No be only our leaders get problem, we Nigerians sef get problem.

If an Igbo man becomes President, IPOB will be silent. But if a Northerner becomes President it is an abomination to them. That is why they renamed Buhari as jibril

How.
Can your party organise a referendum?
Can your party restructure the country?

If no then you have no means of solving it.

Ipob is different from bandits and Islamic soldiers.

They only want what's good for everybody not just only political predators

cheesy cheesy

what PDP will do when they get elected is to grant ipob amnesty as BHT are granted amnesty

me: the only Amnesty Igbo/ipob need is clinching as PDP flag bearer in 2023, if those bunch of sit at home accept anything short of that na by 2031 before them go get the opportunity again
