How long does it take PENCOM to grant permission for payment. My father's PFA told me that approval is in batches. How true is this?

Is this approval to pay? What's the name of the PFA? Ours took 4 days for payment approval.

ARM Pension managers. They asked me to fill another withdrawal form on the 21st of this month, yesterday, I will report if nothing is done before next week.

From 21st of last month till now, how not heard anything from them.

As soon as we receive approval for payment, you will be notified and payment will be made into the account details submitted. Once more I apologize for the inconveniences experienced.

The truth actually came out. They didn't submit my withdrawal request, on account of many jobs on their hands. They appologised and promised to submit the request on or before 08th Sept.

PENCOM have approved my withdrawal request. The PFA is still delaying payments.

I was told they stopped at batch 101 in January.

Please what can I do, I money with one pension company when I was at bank then but after about 12 years of leaving banking sector God gave me another job now government job when I wanted to move my old pension money to this new government pension the old pension company refuse and started giving me series of excuses of not able to move the money despite I did capturing only little problem I have is that I can't find my previous company (bank) letter of disengagement because the bank has collapsed and I can collect my money from my old pension managers.

I had gone to meet my contractor name changed from previous they said every doc of previous bank closed or acquired has been moved to their archive house that going there may require deman of about 30 person on a vital information but they printed a statement for me in the name of current organisation name not name I work for then the pension company accepts it comfirm they remitted to them yet I am unable to get trasfer of my money into my current pension manager now my old person manager is changing name to collaborate with another pension company to get customers with the government am working with but refuse to transfer my fund to current pension company am using with the government.
