Hi, Fill it electronically, but use handwritten signature. Somidotun5: |

Good day, No, it is not a must you have a sponsor. In fact, self-sponsor is 'generally' preferred. Just be sure the fund is sufficient and its continous availability is guaranteed for the duration of the program. Forwardxxx: 1 Like |

Hello, As someone advised, you can fill electronically but you must print out to sign. Also remember it must be notarized by the custodian in Canada and the parents/guardians in Nigeria. Somidotun5: |

Hi, There are many schools that offer MBA in Canada. Use google and try to focus on those schools that use the GPA for the last 60 credit hours of study or last 2 years of study. With that, the GPAs of PGD and MSc only can be considered. Check the University of Manitoba. They may also give the person a GMAT waiver (since he/she has MSc). Ijeks32: 1 Like |

Please what is the different between course based and thesis based. Which one is actually better for an international student. Secondly, I have a sibling in Saskatchewan who is a PR. I am just disturbed that I might be denied a visa base that I have a strong tie in Sask. |

Check University of Saskatchewan, University of New Brunswick and Memorial University If your GP in the last 2 years of your undergrad is equivalent to a 2.1 that may work for you. But patiently read thru the minimum requirements 111Doris: 1 Like |

Hello my people. Please as a parent sponsoring her child. I understand I need to write a letter of sponsorship to the VO and also do an affidavit of sponsorship . My questions are these . 1) must the 2 documents be notarized? 2) Does the dad as a co sponsor do the same or we do a joint letter . 3) Must we submit the 2 or 1 of them is ok. 4) Please , who has used the new portal? I read in a post here that one must upload evidence of school fees payment & hostel accommodation . The fact is that the DLI said we can't pay tuition till May when she will register for courses ( b) She will be living with her custodian in same town . We've completed the custodian forms & notarized them . So, how do we handle this on the new portal ? Thanks all |

Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 21 by Davidganna10: 2:24pm On Feb 25, 2022 |
chigora:course based masters are mostly professional masters I.e masters for professional license, the lecturer teaches and sets exam at the end of the semester or session as the case maybe just like your undergraduate days. While, thesis based masters are strictly research. You'll be assigned a professor who will guilde you in the cause of your research and at the end will be published. You don't have anything to worry about just package your application properly most especially your SOP. A lot of persons have gotten visa with their siblings resident in Canada. Good luck. 1 Like |
