I've started my programming journey but I'm having issue with some part of CSS currently. Currently I can add float to CSS and clear it.

Please I need someone to recommend a simplified video for CSS or any way that anybody can be of help.

Learn css flexbox and, or css grid. These are core part of the CSS3. Core technology will always beats frameworks.

Spot on! Afterward, he can learn a framework. I'd recommend tailwind CSS
