This is not valid. With the likes of GTBank and Zenith, my refund is always within 4 biz days. With GoMoney, it always exceed the 20days. So, it's bank processing ish.

I'll love to see your feedback when you get a refund from Access Bank currently My refund is still hanging on same Access Bank, Business Day 6.

I don't use Access Bank. My point is, refund completion time is dependent on the bank (and also the buyer's account's rating on AliExpress).

I'm a platinum member, Access bank is just being an @ss in refund lately. That was not how they used to behave. This is new.

First time been in this situation.order an item, I was given a tracking number " The tracking is unavailable .the tracking will be update soon."
This what am getting over two weeks now.and I have message the seller.told me it will be update soon.
