Other countries are already evacuating their citizens and even giving the citizens relief materials that will last for months. But it's obvious this present Nigerian government is useless, they have no tangible plans to evacuate, provide shelter or even relief materials for its citizens(Nigerians). Smh

With or without war they have always been identified as Nigerians. Because their passport is nigeria.

You have been a country that has relatively been good to you compared to your home country just to start denying and waving your smelling country flags when they needed you more to stand by them.

What prevents them from volunteering and fighting for a country that has been good to them?

If I were in their shoes and Ukraine has been good to me then it would be a more honourable course to fight and die for Ukraine rather than coming to Nigeria that has failed me.

My sister was almost kidnapped last week by kidnappers on her way from school, during the process their driver was shot in the arm.
Yesterday, a secondary school classmate was shot dead by alleged kidnappers.

Pray tell me which is yet safer, Ukraine at war or Nigeria?

the problem here are even way bigger than outside. So-called ruler who are already beleaguered by intractable internal war they mostly created by their own hands will hardly have time for such. Also,dont forget notorious the Fire Brigade approach of the Nigerian authority to serious national issues, the house is nearly always burnt down before the firemen arrive, the robbers usually must have escaped before the police arrive,that old, or badly constructed building waiting to collapse before the needful is done, the bullet/accident victims that eventually die because no police report or simply lack of capable medical personnel and so on! Everything is always too late as exactly how the useless government put it: Too late to evacuate them. The flag don't mean a damn much to those white folk, if the African there mistakenly get in their way of the fighting, they won't hesitate to waste them (may God forbid). They shouldn't rely much on that flag much. It's reported the lekki protester also did same and we all know what happened.

I am not on the govt side on this matter.
Infact it is the duty of every sane govt to evacuate her citizens in such situations.
However, ours is a hopeless case because the govt of Nigeria is a reflection of the unpatriotic people of Nigeria.
