charlesemeka85: Trabzonspor has been doing well at turkey for the past few seasons ,and you expect a player there to leave them for galatasaray ? Even aside that self ,so if a player doesn’t leave Trabzonspor for galatasaray he isn’t good enough ,can you even listen to yourself ? Even that Istanbul club azubuike played for won the league recently ,Nwakaeme was closed to 30 when he joined Trabzonspor and the last offer he rejected was from besiktas ,not joining any of those 3 club doesn’t make him a bad player You don’t rate Turkish league players for sure ,but stop capping and berating a player who has done well there Trabzonspor is the 4th most successful club in turkey If he reach una epl u go Dey praise 6 clubs even the ones wey Dey hardly see league title win but e reach turkey you wan commot Trabzonspor to suit your yeye narrative Same besiktas Fenerbahçe Mikel and Daniel sturridge rejected to join Trabzonspor ,I guess you will say these 2 where never good enough for them Beer parlour analyst Common leave this place with your agenda |

TheLoneCitizen: Till date jay jay holds the record of most successful dribbles in a World Cup game (against Italy in US 94) Him being forced out of contract at psg then was because the French side plan to reduce their wage expenditure of which jay jay was among the big earners then at the Paris based side. As of then jay jay was racking in 80,000 pounds weekly. He was offered a new deal with a reduction on his wages which he declined and both party decided to wait for his 4 year deal to run out for him to leave for free Also The club management came up with the plan to force him out from the club not because of his poor performances but for the reason he was always out on international matches with the Nigerian national team which made him skip matches Attracting such honor as the most expensive African player then wasn’t an east feat because one but be too good and needed for a certain team to pay big to bring him on board. Pepe was outstanding at Lille which prompted Arsenal to splash the cash on Lille just to lure the Ivorian. Same was osimehn when he left Lille for Naples Abeg I hold nothing against nwakaeme but never you bring him n jay master jay in a conversation let alone comparison In the history of epl and French football you can’t mention the best ever playmakers that graced the leagues with their mesmerizing skill set without listing jay jay Ex German striker Gomes said jay jay’s goal against Oliver Kahn made him to choose football as a career. He said after seeing the goal on tv he automatically feel in love with football and wanted to make a career out of it |

andrewbaba44:NIGERIAN star Augustine 'Jay Jay' Okocha is set to leave Paris Saint Germain despite saying that he would not be forced out. The French side are desperate to cut their wage bill at Parc des Princes and are looking to offload several of their top earners, including Nicolas Anelka, Peter Luccin, Stephane Dalmat and Okocha. The £10 million signing from Fenerbahce is set to be handed a £700,000 bonus on completing his four-year deal and is determined not to be forced out of the club. "I will not be forced out of this club," said Okocha. "PSG have always expected too much from me, but they will not force me out." The Super Eagle is reportedly one of the highest earners in France on around £80,000 a week, and it is the French club's desire to reduce his salary that has caused his immanent departure from Paris. PSG are angry that Okocha misses game to play for his country, and the reduced wages were part of a new deal offered, which has been angrily rejected by Okocha. However, his agent Milan Radovanovic confirms that his player will be leaving the club, but is unhappy at the way the matter has been handled. "The talks have failed and Jay-Jay is free to leave even if he wanted to stay at PSG," said Radovanovic. "But the Paris officials chose another orientation, and we respect this choice. "People often talked about this contract, but they forgot when he came in 1998, Okocha just ended an extraordinary World Cup. "His transfer, his wages, PSG agreed and they fit to his current value. If not, Paris could have refused and Jay-Jay would have signed for Real Betis. "In fact, negotiation failed because Nigerian star wanted to keep his wages while PSG wanted to decrease his wages of 30%." |

andrewbaba44:baba jay jay made good money playing football and one of the major reasons he never turned out for Europe’s best then The match that made psg owners to take notice of him and vowed they will pay whatever it takes to bring him from turkey to Paris was against Denmark at the 98 World Cup Jay jay was on the verge to sign for real Betis before psg came with their offer which was too juicy to reject which made him move to France instead |

andrewbaba44: No one said it is not a handball. But, with the new rules, it is difficult to tell if that ball is conclusively in the red area. Thus, it was not ruled a penalty. You saying handball, does not add to the point. Is there clear evidence when Rodri contacted the ball, the ball was in the red area? No matter whether you argue or not, it is not clear. THUS, INCONCLUSIVE. FINITO. By the way, you can not love Manchester City more than me. I was supporting the club when Jo and Bellamy was there. Passionately following the club and have watched most of the games since then. I even used to run a thread on this forum and a blog for Manchester City, called JustCityzens. Stopped because of time.

andrewbaba44:baba I told you signing jay jay was a heavy investment then by the psg owners after watching him shine against Denmark. If I can remember that game was played in psg home ground in Paris where the Danes knocked us out Jay jay was on the verge of signing for Betis in laliga after the World Cup before psg made their offer which was miles above what the Spanish side offered him Jay jay made a lot of money when he was at psg even he had to take a pay cut to join bolton 2 Likes |

charlesemeka85: Oga no enter world, na Europe we dey talk. But in line with this, these are the kind of records that typify Okocha's time in Europe. Dribbling Oliver Khan Mentoring Ronaldinho. You also mentioned he was so good that he was given a Turkish passport. Well Nwakaeme is so good in Turkey that he was given a statue at age 32, which is extremely rare for an active footballer. To buttress, Okocha who retired since 2008 cannot boast of any in the four leagues he played in. To reiterate go. The house, I'm not saying Okocha is not a footballing great. No. But just like Pele, he didn't conquer Europe. Look at Di Natale, no trophy, but a Serie A great. |

TheLoneCitizen: So because his club built him a statue means that he is a great and Okocha isn't, this una argument sef You need to be able to differentiate between Trabzonspor great and European great, Nwakaeme maybe a Trabzonspor great but he has not done anything to be regarded as a European great 1 Like |
