NIGERIAN star Augustine 'Jay Jay' Okocha is set to leave Paris Saint Germain despite saying that he would not be forced out.
The French side are desperate to cut their wage bill at Parc des Princes and are looking to offload several of their top earners, including Nicolas Anelka, Peter Luccin, Stephane Dalmat and Okocha.

The £10 million signing from Fenerbahce is set to be handed a £700,000 bonus on completing his four-year deal and is determined not to be forced out of the club.

"I will not be forced out of this club," said Okocha. "PSG have always expected too much from me, but they will not force me out."

The Super Eagle is reportedly one of the highest earners in France on around £80,000 a week, and it is the French club's desire to reduce his salary that has caused his immanent departure from Paris.

PSG are angry that Okocha misses game to play for his country, and the reduced wages were part of a new deal offered, which has been angrily rejected by Okocha.

However, his agent Milan Radovanovic confirms that his player will be leaving the club, but is unhappy at the way the matter has been handled.
