Putin knows the antics of the west better than his people because he has been dealing with them at the highest level for over 40 years. He was head of KGB and president for 12 years. Africans are not collectively better or worse [in character] than Ukrainians or the west.

Character should be judged individually not collectively. There are Ukrainian /western racists. There are also bad/Prejudiced Nigerians.
