Try to clear your browser cookies. You can also switch to a browser you use less frequently. The GCkey should work.

And I wouldn't advise you to upload the remaining files via webform.

Try to compress the file, but be sure the quality is okay after compression.

OR

You can recreate some of your PDFs at the lowest size possible.
Reduce the resolutions of your images (jpg, png, etc.,) to 96 DPI.
Crop your images to remove empty spaces.
Be sure that all the documents you are attaching are indeed 'required'

Good Morning,
Thank you guys for your prompt response on Form A May God continue to bless you guys with more knowledge. I used UBA and I was debited within 4 working days, Flywire responded the same day and I got school(Fanshawe) receipt the next day.

I have officially gotten to the stage of Visa application, resumption is in September 2022 by God’s grace. I need help
1. My school required that I apply for admission through an agent and the agent claimed that when I paid for their services I also paid for visa application services—— I have seen people with bad testimonies after using an agent… I will like to know what you guys think about this.

2. I don’t know how to write LOE, I need help with this , who can I reach out to?

3. I don’t know how to write SOP tailored for Visa application

4. My sponsor(my older brother who lives in the US) has about 9 million Naira in his Nigerian account, but 7 million has been in the account since 27th of Dec, will that be enough as POF, if I apply in March or April . Note: he is also planning to send me some money as gift of deeds to my personal account of about 4M so that I can also attach that as POF—— is this a good idea.

5. I also have a history of being refused US visa two times 2018 and 2019.

6. Is applying for accommodation in the school a good plan

7. I need prayers from all the prayer warriors here

Gurus in the house….. please I need all the assistance I can get.
Thank you again for your assistance in he past God bless you

Hi, congrats on your admission.

1. You could still go with the agent, since you paid already. But please vet the details before submission. I am assuming that since the agent works with the school, he/she should have some knowledge.

2. I help with LOE writing and review. You can reach me on scholarmonde@gmail.com.

3. You don't need SOP for visa application. It's only LOE.

4. I can't say whether that is enough or not. Your POF should cover your tuition and a year living expense. If your program is more than a year, you will have to give the visa officer an idea of how the subsequent years will be funded. Gift deed is fine.

5. The history of refusal shouldn't be a problem. Just mention them in your application. It's very important you do.

6. School accommodations are often expensive. If you can afford it, fine. But you can get an accommodation close to the school at a cheaper rate.

7. The prayer warriors can comment on this, lol. May God guide you and make your application successful.

Make e no backfire. But there's nothing wrong in sending a reminder to know the status of your application.

WhaoO! But it was stated on their webform site that if ones application has not exceed the normal processing time, they won't answer....

1) can you please send me the template of your message to IRCC? I will mail you now.

2) am thinking of applying for my GCMS notes, or it's not necessary? And the site is https://www.thegcmsonline.com/checkout/?add-to-cart=771 , right?

3) and i just checked your template now, but you said it has passed processing time while you said here that you started sending after 6weeks or you just write it for them like that for notification?
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 21 by username12: 12:58pm On Feb 28, 2022
I saw somewhere that IRCC promised to finalize applications submitted via new portal within 45 days or so. So I added this beyond processing time phrase after day 50. In my prior mails, it was just a request for a quick decision and an update on the status of the application. I don't know if the 45 days thing was true or not, but I took it to them like it was correct.

I don't know about the site you want to use for gcms, but I used Anọn and it arrived 33days after

Sorry … since when is SOP not needed for visa application. Isn’t that the important document to explain your plans and goals to the VO since there’s no interview for Canada study visa.. I think its really needed.

Sop is what a fresh applicant write. for someone that is reapplying the sop is already there just to add Letter of explanation (loe) to tackle visa officers concerns raised in the first application.

Pls can i reapply with the new portal. My application was refused in the old portal. Is it possible for me to reapply in new portal.
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 21 by Sirromey(m): 1:13pm On Feb 28, 2022
Yes you can. You can even change your course without charge within the first 10 days of school. In as much as you are coming from a science background it's easier to do a management course but I doubt for the inverse. You can do a one year course and apply for PWGP. It's risky but it's possible. U need to find. NOCB job( skilled job). Godspeed
quote author=Kellart post=110470246]Good morning everyone.

Please I would like to ask about 1 + 1 year course to be eligible for PGWP.

- Can someone do two courses that are unrelated.

- when applying for the second course will I be using the same portal that I used for my first approval or a different new application.

Resuming to fanshawe college for a year graduate certificate course by may.

Pls I would like to have anyone's experience regarding this.

Thank you[/quote]
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 21 by technix: 1:14pm On Feb 28, 2022
So, SOP is for school admission, while LOE is for visa application. You can find a contrary definition invented by people online.

But the official IRCC website only mentions LOE, and its function is to explain whatever one wants to explain to the VO. I have never seen SOP on the official IRCC website. I am attaching a proof herewith.

This definition was invented by people. The official IRCC website mentions only LOE. See attached proof.

If you check Canadian schools, the guides they give their students for visa also include LOE. I 'haven't seen' where they advised their students to submit SOP for visa. It's either letter of explanation, explanation letter, cover letter, or study plan.

Hello Overcomer
I would advice you to apply with the new portal. Use Ilovepdf.com to merge and compress your documents.

Discard documents you dont need. Many of us applicants submit redundant documents, for instance, i personally dont see any reason of submitting a Bsc certificate and still submit WAEC certificate. You dont even need to submit your transcripts cos ur applying for a visa not admission. Hope you see my point.

I wish you success in your application. USE NEW PORTAL mbok.

Hello guys. I summitted a study permit application on the 11th of Nov 2021 and the last update I got was the approval of my medicals. Is there anyone else that summitted within this timeline with the same status?

Thank you.
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 21 by technix: 1:42pm On Feb 28, 2022
You are welcome. The study plan is another name for LOE, it's written in form of a letter too.

So, you have an outstanding tuition fee of 8,807.92CAD to pay. Add 10,000CAD to that for living expense. You need a minimum of 18,807.92CAD in your bank statement. You can include an extra 3,000CAD, if possible. The more fund you have above the 18,808CAD, the better.
