days/a week/ a month...Once hospital uploads, it's now left to your VO to pass it. The swiftness of this depends on the persons workload and other factors. abrireta: 2 Likes |

Dudu06:I don’t think there’s anything to worry about. Leave your primary noc the way it is on the EE profile and put the new job in personal history. I don’t see why you have to submit a different reference letter for your PR application, by the time you get ITA, you’ll only have been working at the new company 2 months max so… what’s the point. Except I’m not getting your question right |

Dudu06:You’ll actually have to get a new reference letter from the company you’re leaving to reflect the date you left cos I assume the one you used for OINP would say you’re working there till date which will be considered misrepresentation if you use the same letter for IRCC after you’ve resigned. IMO, it’s only the date that needs to change. 1 Like |

Please I need help. I got married last year July, my husband is a PR in Canada. We filed for a visiting visa through an agent in May. Biometrics was in June and till now we haven't gotten any response from IRCC regarding my application. Haven't been away from my husband for the past 7months after our wedding I decided to apply for school. Submitted application last week for fall 2022 in take and awaiting admission from school. My fear is what are the chances of me getting a student visa with my spouse being a PR in canada. I intend using my father-in-law as sponsor coz of his business and assets then my sibling, car and land as home ties since my husband is not here and our marriage certificate shows his address in canada. Please has anyone gotten student visa with their spouse in canada? Can my father-in-law stand as sponsor with different last name. Though I intend getting an affidavit for change of name. Please someone should help me with answers. I'm tired of being without my partner and school seems to be the fastest route now |

Good morning house, I was paid with cash at my former work place. Now IRCC is requesting proof of income to show I was paid for my professional work. How do I go about it |

Osama10: HI congratulations, a few questions; 1. please after submitting your passport, how long did it take for the visa to come out? 2. was there any sort of acknowledgement of receiving the passport? I got my PPR after a year (few) and I have submitted it, But I have not heard anything yet. thanks |

Dimple10:Yes that is life. Nothing is straight. I applied directly to the FSW program. I spent 4 months after AOR convincing my guy to write IELTS after I had submitted my application. He eventually did, got nominated by ontario, completed the nomination process and got ITA in Q4 last year and got PPR in january 2022 while I was still waiting. I eventually got mine in February 2022. The guy we use to reach out to applied 8 months before me and is still waiting. Some other people who I started this journey with moved to rwanda/kenya on temporary work permits and abandoned the program insisting that all applications will be cancelled. Saying this to encourage you not to be deterred by the slight delay. Everyone will eventually get it at the right time. 10 Likes |

Estherchi26:Think about your strategy. You are applying for visit visa, study visa and may be spousal visa. Why not focus on one ? Societies differ. Why not ask your father in-law to move the money into your account ? If I were in your shoes I'll ask partner to apply for spousal sponsorship on my behalf. Visit visa will be tough to get because married to a PR holder means you have strong ties to canada (at least this is how visa officers think) 1 Like |

Hello my people please I want to ask something for those that submitted to OINP, how long does it take to move from Submitted to Assessment ? I merged my files when I was uploading because of plenty documents for work history and POF. I also have a sibling in Canada. Please does it cause delay? I submitted on 18th Feb so I just want to know what's obtainable for those who have been nominated. thank you for your kind responses for those who have been helping with answers, when you call for one, thousands will answer you. Thank you. 1 Like |

mummyDsquare:I submitted September 3 and got nominated mid October. I can’t recall what the stages were but everybody’s timeline differs for each stage cos different officers have different patterns of working. I stayed in one stage for most of those weeks then was just quickly moved through the other stages in the last few days b4 nomination. I don’t understand the question about merging the files, ain’t you supposed to merge related files. As long as you merged all work history files and submitted as work history and all POF files were merged and submitted as POF (and not merging work history files with PoF ). It should make things simpler, not more complicated. Join OINP nomination groups on WhatsApp and Telegram if you haven’t already, so that you can follow other people’s timelines. 2 Likes |

Hello good people... Pls I need your advice on POF. I actually have or should I say had the money for my POF in fixed deposit but I liquidated it to loan it to my sister who paid back with interest. After which I loaned it out again to my friend who is with it currently. I told her to hold on to it till I know what to do. I actually was not expecting a nomination because I intend to write my TEF exam in April but as God will have it I got NOI from Ontario in February. Now I don't know how to prove my POF. Should I write a letter of explanation or just have my friend transfer it to my Dad who can then gift it to me. I'm confused please help. Thanks 1 Like |
