In terms of fuel scarcity, his Govt has been the best so far. Long queues disappeared under him for years until this adulterated fuel issue. In terms of the economy, I agree with you though.

APC should simply announce a new price regime for petroleum products and stop this abracadabra.

Then end point of this fiasco will be price increase. It is their way.

Very true

Putin isn’t , fuel was already scarce before the whole putin thing. This scarcity is caused by the Nigerian government and is being purposely left to linger on , so stylishly these prices will become new normal.[/quote]

Privatize the Refineries, you Mumurist no gree, you say you must form protest with Labor Union?

Una suffer never start, wait for Dangote’s refinery to come on stream, you will never witness gasoline scarcity again in Nigeria, but be prepared to pay international price, no more subsidized fuel.

As long as the refineries remain dormant, expect scarcity with increased price of oil in the global market. Who will cushion the subsidies? High oil price or low oil price remains a big problem for Nigeria.

This is a ridiculous posit. How many fuel scarcities did we have under jonathan? You are saying this is the first in this regime, whereas fuel scarcity has persisted for 2 months now. It started building in Abuja in January and eventually spread to other cities in february. What that means is that in terms of durations, this is long enough to rival any fuel scarcity regime.

By the way, the reason for the scarcity is not because of any adulterated fuel but how badly managed the petroleum industry has been with Buhari being the minister of petroleum.

So the scarcity of previous years preceding buhari was also due to the bad management by past.government's too, incliding gej whom you support?

I beleive buhari is a bad leader, but fuel scarcity happens because we Nigerians want fuel to be cheap, meaning that the industry cannot run at a profit and thus cannot run well.

Buhari himself helps in keeping the bad management by keeping subsides on petrol. Something which all past nigerian leaders also did. Including Abacha. Despite warnings from their experts and the bosses of the same nnpc.

At the end, subsidy has to go. Or there will.be scarcity after buhari has gone. Will you blame him then?

When you tell a guy to sell.at a loss, either he goes bankrupt or he engages in sharp practices to.stay afloat. That's what this subsidy thingis about

You said it all!
- everything is human made errors in Nigeria!
God gave us Free Crude Oil,yet since 1960,we can't get a single Refinery right!
- We have been importing, while the so called OPEC Members have been using theirs to create Wealth and Employment for their Youths!
Yet to import these refined Products,we intentionally brought the bad ones that Nigerians are now suffering, as if NNPC and their Subsidiaries are no longer working. So,Ministerof State, can you tell us more on who is responsible!
