For Nigeria here? Ok  This is one of those things feminists clamour for. Opportunities should be presented to them on a platter of gold rather than working their ass for it. However, they've not considered fighting for special spots in the mining industry, construction, offshore and other sectors that endanger the participants/employees who are predominantly men.
