larryrichie: Where did and do you get your money from? The visa officer is not convinced the money is legit yours and available for the study. Prove to them that it is with documentation and explanation. Stories alone cannot do it. |

Please I need response. Please Please I need help. I got married last year July, my husband is a PR in Canada. We filed for a visiting visa through an agent in May. Biometrics was in June and till now we haven't gotten any response from IRCC regarding my application. Haven't been away from my husband for the past 7months after our wedding. I decided to apply for school. Submitted application last week for fall 2022 in take and awaiting admission from school. My fear is what are the chances of me getting a student visa with my spouse being a PR in canada. I intend using my father-in-law as sponsor coz of his business and assets then my sibling, car and land as home ties since my husband is not here and our marriage certificate shows his address in canada. Please has anyone gotten student visa with their spouse in canada? Can my father-in-law stand as sponsor with different last name. Though I intend getting an affidavit for change of name. Please someone should help with answers. I'm tired of being alone without my partner and school seems to be the fastest route now [/quote] |

Hello Everyone, I’m quite new to the platform but been reading a lot over the weekend. Great content and help in here. Please your wise input from the house. i am about to submit my daughter’s study visa application, i curious of the implications if i say No to the question “ post secondary institutions” - she is just in her 1st semester and it was not declared in her applications to her Canadian University. Must we declare this? As she wont be asking for credit transfers. Secondly, i gave birth to her siblings in America, adding their US birth certificates, would that affect home times? My daughter has extensive travel history to US, UK, Australia. She is also still a minor (16). I hope i posted this correctly. Pardon any errors. |

Good evening all, thanks everyone that has been providing very vital information in this precious platform that keeps it running. Please I'm really having some difficulties paying my visa application fee, I was refused visa September last year and now I want to reapply. For the past 1 weeks my cousin in Canada has been trying to help use his credit card to pay the application fee and it hasn't been successful, I attached the screenshot of the error message we keep getting, pls kindly suggest to me what I should do, he even sent me the card details to do it do it here, I still got same error message .

Hello Jacklens 1. Yep 2. Nope.. Just walk in and meet with an officer and declare your reason there.. 3. Of course 4. After IRCC has received your application, the information for Biometrics will be communicated to you.. Peace 3. Jacklens: |

Hello Titi No specific timeline when it comes to getting PPR, every application is treated uniquely and differently by several Visa Officers.. Yes, one can be rejected after a Medical request, but this is on a rare occasion cos 90% of applicants with Medical request end up getting their application approved.. But why the rejection thought though? Peace TittyLover: |

Hello matthew First, hope that is not how you spelt Course in your SOP though.. Where did you put your finance breakdown, your study plan, family and home establishment, Travel history. e.tc Bro, I do not need to see your SOP to know you still have a lot of work on your write up.. And please check your spellings in your SOP, as funny as it may sound, Visa officers are always on the lookout for wrong spellings and vague Vocabs.. Peace matthew080: |
