Hello guys

Please, does anyone know how to go about making written representation? Very urgent please!!

I got a denial today for study visa (SA Consulate Lagos) on the basis of bank statement not up to date and insufficient fund. However, the account is up to date but there's only one transaction on it which is over 5 months. It is a dom account with naira value of more than 1.2m. In addition I have a sponsor whose 6 month cash flow is over 22m but the closing balance of his statement at the time was a lil over 100k. Aside from all these, tuition has been fully paid and I have someone to accommodate me.
Note: I have already started my programme last year as a remote student but I need to be present in SA for this academic year.
Anyways, I am planning to make a written representation within 10 working days as stated on the notice that I can.
Please, does anyone know how to go about the written representation? Very urgent please!!
Please also help with any other valuable advice. Thanks

3WEEKS before your trip you went to submit your application. visa process take more 1 months or more.you should have applied since December

It was a premium expedited service and a short term business visa that normally take days. I didn't know those kinds still takes 1 month or more. It should normally take less than 3 weeks and that's why i'm concerned. Is there nothing I can do?
Re: General South Africa Visa Enquiries by EarthChild: 12:48pm On Feb 27, 2022
Normally the processing time for a business visa it shouldn’t be more than 3 weeks, even sometime it’s usually take around 10 working days to process business visa which is 2 weeks and within this period the applicant will be knowing his/her faith whether the visa has been granted or rejected.
To my knowledge its best to apply as early as possible, as the time taken for your visa to process will vary from different embassy. Since your trip will take place from 04 March 2022, I pray they should get back to you this week otherwise the application will be deny automatically because I have heard many people outside nairaland that denied base on their purposes of travel. The South African embassy said the event was over.
This a lesson for others and whoever want to apply for a visa they should allow longer to ensure any delay does not affect their visa application or trip. The best time to apply for a business visa is at least 2 months before the business trip to any countries.

LMFAO, the entitlement is amusing grin grin.My Gawd!!

Listen here you,if you people were smart you'd organise all your educated people around the globe, form a union or party that will push your government to prioritise the basic needs of it's citizens instead of blaming and insulting every country that rejects your parasitic nature . You could use that group to push Buhari to put more money in your education sector and push for more capable people to be in charge of reforming the sector and others. But what do you guys put all your energy in......running to ready made countries like parasites ....and when things don't work out or you find out that there's problems in that country too ,you start lashing out at your host communities as if they are responsible for you grin . I support you though in telling your people to stop flooding our shores,we have enough problems and struggles of our own,we can't keep catering to outsiders . Continue spreading the word.
Surprises me how entitled we feel in other people's country. What is the link between going to a country to study and becoming a permanent resident ?

It appears the South African government embassy is frustrating the efforts of genuine students from Nigeria. First, they stopped submission in Lagos and applicants have to go to Abuja. Study visa now taking 3months for processing? Someone submitted in October and this March no response. What are they verifying that takes months? at the end of the day, they will reject with flimsy excuses. I was shocked last week when a commonwealth scholarship recipient was rejected based on " scholarship letter lack credibility " Even when the contact of the commonwealth scholarship is well written. If you are not on a scholarship you should have PLAN B.

Please what are the requirements for renewal of South African passport?

Passport? South African passport or Visa?

If it's SA Passport, apply at the closest DHA office if you are in the republic or go to the SA embassy in your country of residence.
If it's Visa, are you within the republic? There are some visas that are renewable within SA while you may need to return to your country to renew others e.g. Intra country work transfer visas.

That's how i am going to miss my trip. Sigh. I don't know why an embassy can't consider the departure date for a short term business VISA. Sigh!

Only God knows why they choose to delay the processing of visa this much… my school registration closed on 28th Feb and despite that am not a new student, am still experiencing delay in visa renewal….., it’s so sad

They are just frustrating . First they stopped receiving appointment here in Lagos . Had to book flight to Abuja 100k against next week . But it shouldn’t take more than 3weeks to process . You should get a response soon . Sometimes it just lucky .

1. How do you get buyers for them
2. Can some on plant Cucumber in container like you did the aloe vera
3. How profitable is it
4. What is the minimum start-up cost
Thank you very much.

No one will give you the price. Read the process and determine the cost the implication yourself.
