Have you got to see the breakdown of military death amongst the total number of people that died from the Soviet side . Exactly 9million military deaths out of total death of about 27 million. Even when Germany fought in different theatres they lost approximately 6million military personnel.

Russia has more than 600bn USD in reserves.

As at yesterday, they were 2 hours away from Kyiv, if you monitor events, you see them joking and laughing with civilians. They had strategically destroyed Ukrainian military infrastructure with air strikes and am sure they know a war doesn't end in days.
They aren't interested in holding territory and are marching on to Kyiv.
