For those of us applying to Teesside, the music has changed. I applied last year but deferred to September 2022. I got a new offer letter today, first year fees is 8500 pounds with no discount, compare to last year that 2year course is 12000 pounds after scholarship of 3000 pounds. They made it clear that your offer letter does not qualify you to get a CAS. Their school fees is now 17000 pounds with no scholarship

Hi guys, great thread. I have a question please, before the pandemic happened I had my transcripts sent from my university(University of Benin) to Wes Canada for evaluation, that was successful but the whole express entry thing fell apart due to the pandemic. I’m currently trying to apply to universities in UK but getting my transactions now is proving really difficult, is there anyway I can have Wes Canada send my transcripts to the Uk school’s representative here in Nigeria or if possible directly to the school in Uk?

I'm in Exeter. I really can't say about the acceptance rate as I was guaranteed an admission based on my school grades (also got a partial scholarship) but regarding jobs, they are very plentiful in the retail sector especially. Formal, office work is harder to find because the city is on the smaller side so bear that in mind.

One thing you should also keep in mind is that the cost of accommodation is higher than usual because the city is quite touristy. Be sure to check prices on Spareroom and other sites so you can plan your budget accurately. The flip side is that because it's a smaller city with great pedestrian and biking infrastructure, you can walk everywhere (as long as you don't stay extremely far from school/work) so you'll likely spend much less on transport than you would in a larger city.

Thank you for the response.

You spoke about scholarships. What do you think of the chance of someone hoping to study Finance with a 2:1 in Accounting (above 4.0 out of 5.0) and professional certifications in securing 50% to a full scholarship in Exeter? There is professional experience also.

Good day House, I just realized there’s a mistake of a single letter of my Spouse name on our Wedding certificate. Will an Affidavit suffix? We are trying to apply for Student/Dependent Visa. I’ll need someone who has done this or knows very well about this to give me a heads up

I’m sorry. I don’t have any relevant data with which to speculate about chances. Anything I say would just be a wild guess.

Just apply and write the best essays you can. It’s free to apply, anyway.
