I used Express Test last October and I think it was about £50. Tested around 3pm and got the results by noon the next day. elisinho: |

Pearlyfaze: Call capital cars Edinburgh and they will give you a quote depending on the size of the cab you are looking to book. If you are travelling with a lot of luggage, let them know and they can book a 7 seater or any other suitable vehicle for you. Another option is to check uber. The app should give you a quote. |

Ralphlauren: Alright thank you. I have checked Uber, so I have a budget of £250. T I will call Capital Cars Edinburgh tomorrow to get a quote from them. Thank you. 1 Like |

Pearlyfaze: For the house Use rightmove.co.uk Use the filter to limit search to you budget, test, location, house size etc. Check online for airport transfers, there are various companies that do it? Why not use coach?? If you have plenty load use a combuof man in van and train 2 Likes 1 Share |

bluebella: He needs a court order to get you out. So he needs to issue a section 8 and section 21. He should have given you a tenancy agreement and right to rent documents. You can either make this a very painful lesson for him or an easy one. He most definitely cannot sublet a council house and could actually lose the house as well. So my opinion would be tell him you will stay till May as agreed and pay him the agreed 460 or he can evict you through the proper process which at the minute takes a minimum of 14 months |

Ticha: You cannot issue a legal document, against an illegal business transaction.......... Section 8 or 21, cannot be issued...... Which is the same reason, he could not issue any tenancy agreement documents......... This is what we call, an illegal contract of convenience............ 5 Likes |

I didn't realize until this week that it is Good Friday which is a bank holiday. I don't know if they will really open that day. Is there a fast Way to contact Nigeria high commission? enesty: Unfortunately both don’t work together. I mean cheap rent and good job (in the UK). Good jobs are more in England for obvious reasons. But cheaper rent are in Scotland. I think you will have to choose which comes first to you. Like an Indian politician once said “ you can’t have your cake and still eat it”… 2 Likes |

From my previous post: Good Evening Everyone, After carefully reading all the pieces of advice given here by the wise ones, I sent the Landlord a text message that I want us to resolve the issue peacefully and that I am willing to pay the 60pounds in the next two weeks, the next rent will be 460pounds and will move out by end of May. He replied and said I should not worry about the 60pounds but should pay 460 in the next rent and also give him 2 weeks whenever I am ready to move out. I want to thank everyone here for their wise counsel. I am most greatful. Truly no one wins in war. Peace is the way forward. 22 Likes |
