A new generation bank has nothing less than 50 units/departments asides the branches that you customers visit.
To say the least, we have Information tech dept, Information Security, Human Resources, Retail Processing, Branch Perfomance Mgt, E-business unit, Digital Innovation lab, Engineering services, the Financial Control dept, Internal Audit, Procurement department, Operational risk, Compliance Dept, Media and Marketing, Legal Counsel services and many more.
Bro do the above units look like tellering and customer servicing jobs? I'm sure you can't stand any of the employees in those units in knowledge and standard of living.

Stanbic is not like the typical Nigerian bank. They promote every year if you do well and pay annual end of year bonuses.

What's the starting pay for MTN GT?

Stanbic is actually one of the four banks in Nigeria with sense. MTN is also cool IF you are not a contract staff, a situation rife in the company.

All in all, where do you see yourself working in ten years time? That should be what determines your decision.

Lol. I was employed as sales executive 2. From there I got promoted and sent to SA for training. Also to their regional office in an African country. Its a long time now, in mid 2000s. The pay was good and I believe they still pay well today. I'm not talking of those contract staff oo. From all indications, you're not going to be hired as a contract staff. They need you to grow with them, going by the position you're going for. They may just send you to SA for training immediately. Good luck.
