Invictuse:Lolzzzzzzzzz I feel ur pains Eyah... Why didn't tinubu used his ACN then to become president Infact let him carry his ACN to go and become president. Goan check all the presidential election results since 2007 tinubu has never gather upto 3million votes for ACN, u are comparing to buhari that always get over 10million votes. Make I shock ur dead brain small so that he will wake up. The north PDP states changed the game in 2015 by giving up their states for buhari. Goan and asked Babagida Aliu, the Niger state gov then. He was the northern gov forum chairman and a PDP governor. He told all the northern govs then to ensure that power shift to the north irrespective of parties and they all worked towards it. Just like what ondo state gov was trying to do then that didn't work. I really feel ur pain U guys felt betrayed but ur region has been betraying the Southern regions for a minute and nothing has happened 2 Likes 1 Share |

CatANDratTHEORY: Omo. Yorubas truly are politically naive o. Emir of Katsina that was choosing his words carefully is who you say has endorsed Tinubu? Even Tinubu knows all those talks mean nothing. It's just part of the process of politicking. After Tinubu leaves these people's palaces, we don't hear shit from them . You think if Atiku goes to meet them, they'll openly tell him "he doesn't have their support, that it's Tinubu they know" Lol. Even school politicians no mumu like this o. 3 Likes |

Is funny how some people expects Tinubu to win APC presidential ticket. Tinubu will never be president. Even in the SW presidential election votes will be split 60/40. 2 Likes |

Svoboda: Why are you troubling yourself? They don't know anything. Mr Ochereome Nnanna when he was the Chairman of Vanguard Editorial Board said Yorubas are sophisticated m o n r o o n. They don't know anything . They don't understand anything. They are blind they cannot see. That is why I did not bother to read the article. One historical and unforgettable event; IBOs told Abiola they cannot accept Secretary to FGN. They said the Secretary is a man that serves his oga tea in the office. This period, IBO man was the Speaker House of Reps, Benue (Ayu) was the Senate President, EDO (Annenih) was party Chairman. The only choice for ABIOLA was to drop himself or Kingibe his Vice. The NORTH knows the IBOS don't want Abiola (Yoruba) to be president. The Vanguard article is based on Sam Amuka's regional thought. Another editor from another newspaper can also write the other way. Now that the consensus document is now in public domain instead of being "Top Secret" or confidential anything can happen. They don't know anything. |

When you are done fooling your dead Brian igbo father explain why Buhari did not become the president with his 10 million vote. When you have Tinubu first presidential contest you can give us his own figure but as at today Tinubu as never contested the presidency. Devil1Messenger: |

Dsalvo:Lolz Eyah... Things have changed. The problem with u guys is that u have fail to accept reality. Except u were not around in 2015 then I can forgive u. 2015 was not about tinubu or buhari or anybody. It was about region. It was about the northern and southern region. U guys were so dull not to see it then. The North made buhari president. Parties were throw to the dustbin. All the northern PDP states willing gave up their states to ensure power shifted to the north. I know u didn't see that coming but I will advise u to go and check the election results again and calculate the numbers of votes tinubu were able to bring. Kwakwaso used kano alone to produce all Tinubu's votes. 1 Like |

CatANDratTHEORY: You are just looking for excuses to install the wrong person. Tinubu is not sick. He is fitter than you. Look for another excuse. He is the architect of Lagos development. What other experience or pedigree do you want. That’s why PDP will never win in Lagos. It’s a land of progressive minded people. |

Devil1Messenger:Answer this question? Why was he not able to take power when he was in CPC. He had three failed attempt not until the merger was formed. Why not give every interested candidates a level playing ground to test their popularity at the primaries instead of trying to force or choose through consensus. Tinubu is not saying you should adopt him as a consensus candidate and that's the reason he was moving around to solicit for support all over the country such that during primaries, he would have greater support. |
Re: The Consensus Against Tinubu by Reference(m): 9:01am On Mar 05, 2022 |
Not remotely interested but Tinubu's fans should realize that it is what their principal has been doing in Lagos and the southwest in general since 1999. We have been complaining that democracy has not been allowed to thrive in truth but since it was okay then, I guess it should be okay now and with another 'kingmaker'.... whatever that is.. Whatever the case, democracy loses and we will have another set of leadership foisted on the nation and ultimately doomed to fail. Nigeria will not get better, heads or tails. |

For the media house, this is the time to make their cool money, but one thing that this writer failed to know is that, this new electoral law state that, for a concesus to happen, All the asparnt must state their willingness to accept it through writing communication to the election empire. Now my question for you, do you think this Tinubu would cheken out for any body like that?. Buhari, having been in politics for a while knows the denger that follows such plan, he is suffisticated enough the knows it, but like I said elear, media should enjoy them self while it last, 2023 shall tell. |

badoh:Before I will answer ur question Please answer these too, was ACN the only party that merge with CPC then? What happened to atiku and his new PDP, what happened to ANPP? Why is okorocha APGA not being mentioned? 80% of the finances they used in 2015 came from New PDP guys. Atiku, Amechi, Kwakwaso, Saraki, Babagida Aliu, etc. 70% of the votes buhari got came from the New PDP guys. Adamawa, kaduna, kano, katsina, borno, etc Why are u people making it as if it was Tinubu that made him president, when actually it was the new nPDP guys. U guys think buhari doesn't know all these? Without the nPDP guys, buhari will never have become president. That's the fact except u were not in Nigeria in 2015. |
Re: The Consensus Against Tinubu by shinealight(m): 9:19am On Mar 05, 2022 |
ogododo: The content of this write-up is all the figment of the writer’s imagination and wishful thinking. Consensus as a tool can be used positively or negatively…depending on where you stand. Why do people think that Buhari would choose to be such an Ingrate towards someone who gave you a lifeline after you had failed three times. The Consensus, if it’s ever used, can equally be deployed in favour of Tinubu rather than against him. It would be too blatantly unjust to use Consensus against Tinubu….if they really don’t want him, they would prefer if he loses in a free and fair contest as in Direct/Indirect Primaries. So, people should stop flying these ridiculous kites of scheming Tinubu out….it will not happen….or APC is as good as dead!! |
Re: The Consensus Against Tinubu by Rawtruth1: 9:21am On Mar 05, 2022 |
Besides whatever is the reason for rejecting him, the fact that he brought this affliction to Nigeria in 2015 because of his selfish, inordinate ambition to be president is enough for God of the poor helpless Nigerians, including the thousands killed by bandits to frustrate him. God is not asleep. South West's hatred for Jonathan was what brought all these. The wicked shall fall into the pit she or he dug for the righteous. It's victory for Nigerians, both dead and alive that evil is not rewarded 1 Like |
Re: The Consensus Against Tinubu by Indispensable85(m): 9:23am On Mar 05, 2022 |
Even Adamu himself is not in charge of the APC in nasarawa his own state. The structure is firmly under Almakura. That's why it was Almakura that was endorsed by the state caucus. Even Buhari is not in control of his state party structure in katsina. It's firmly under the control of Bello Masari. Neither Buhari nor Adamu can determine the winner of the APC presidential ticket. There are 8000 delegates that will determine the fate of the aspirants. What Tinubu needs is just a free and fair primary. He'll thrash them all because he has the numbers. 1 Like |

Devil1Messenger: How many States did nPDP bring to the table in 2015? The nPDP joiners were mostly “individuals” who only contributed moral support as opposed to financial support. Where were they to get the money from? We know how many States ACN brought to the table….is there any dispute about that? |
