I applied when BVN and NYSC validation was not included on the portal. But l asked someone, l was told now its necessary to validate before registration and they are working to rectify it

They credit your merchant so you can take delivery of items, materials and equipment which you proposed to purchase from them.

They will not necessarily monitor your business but know that your details will be registered with the credit bureau just like anybody servicing a loan from any financial institution.
In essence, ensure you service the loan or you will end up being blacklisted,CBN has also put measures in place that will ensure you pay back as funds will be deducted from any account linked with your BVN if you fail to service the loan.

I tried all night clicking on validate VBN. I got no code sent to my line and my line is what i used to register vbn. By the way. My NYSC certificate is 2013. Can it work for it? has Anyone got approved below 2015. Even though my nysc got validate and show my certificate number. The problem is the VBN.

You even claim not have uploaded even the most important requirement 'the business plan' !

Bro! It will be paid to the merchants/Vendors account.

When they pay your merchant,they have paid you by implication since you submitted invoices issued by them for tools and equipment you claim you need!

You are particular about the wording on the application details! See, immediately you saw that they asked that proforma invoices be uploaded,it implies you will not be directly credited.

It is fail-safe measure to ensure that money is used for what it is applied for. This measure will reduce the number of the loan from going bad. A lot of unfaithful applicants will be weeded out and discouraged by this measure.

Mine I think its because of the BVN Validation.
