Nigerian government must step in and start supplying US...our politicians must use international diplomacy for our interest, no just chopping money like dumb people. Go lobby US and get the deal to supply them crude. |

gaby:It will affect Africa too. They will pass the strain to countries that import anything from them. Expect rises in prices in a month from now and possibly a severe recession in Africa. Shame on Nigeria for being on the seat of agriculture and yet importing grains to serve its needs 1 Like |

BKayy:And you that know it all, tell us why it is ok for a Country like Russia to wake up and invade another Country in 2022. Putin has been playing these deadly games for years but now is the time for him another others like China to pause and think. Russia gong to hear it from the world ok? |

Faber: All these rant on top Ukraine and Russia Matter? Wetin concern me about who no care about me and my brothers and sisters? I'm more concerned about my brothers and sisters suffering untold hardship due to our incompetent leaders being aided and teleguided by the same ones you are holding forth for. I am more concerned about my people fleeing hunger, insecurity and poverty through whatever means particularly through the deserts and seas while losing their lives. I am neither white nor black my brother. I am me and God's creation. You can chose whatever colour pleases and makes you sleep well at night. Abeg go find water drink and think of where to get fuel at pump price. Pele 1 Like |

Wannabenz: you said China can buy all the services the west buys from Russia thus rendering the sanctions ineffective which is why I pointed out how wrong that analysis is. now you've brought this other point up? Which western country is Russia selling military gadgets to? Biden didn't not mentioned the sanctions, he said Russia will be sanctioned and they are. For now it's the Oligarchs that are being heavily sanctioned not Russia itself as a country. They are slowly moving in that direction as the war drags on. You guys really need to understand what sanctions entails. Russia only provides 40% of the gas Europe needs, how is 40% bigger than 60% that you're saying Europe is feeling the sanctions more than Russia? Russia that's Ruble is at an all time low. You know how you guys complain about how useless the Naira purchasing power is, that's how Ruble is right now now yet you say Europe is feeling it more 1 Like 1 Share |

Re: US Considers Ban On Russian Oil Imports by blueAgent(m): 10:24am On Mar 07, 2022 |
neuf: Abeg tell them. US is the World 2nd largest oil producer and also its largest consumer. Kuwait,Saudi and Iraq and supply US and the World incase of any shortage in demand. Secondly higher Oil price means oil shale franking and mine becomes more feasible ,of which US is the World leader. Europeans would be getting Russian gas for peanuts considering how low the Ruble has fallen. |

BKayy:Not thanks to the US but thanks to bad governance and over-reliance on one source of income. Stop blaming the Us for all your problems and stop calling anyone that disagrees with you an ignoramus. It shows you are not capable of having an intelligent discussion. Venezuela began experiencing continuous and uninterrupted inflation in 1983, with double-digit annual inflation rates. Inflation rates became the highest in the world in 2014 under Nicolás Maduro, and continued to increase in the following years, with inflation exceeding 1,000,000% by 2018. What do you expect from such a country? |
