Hello house, my friend’s 2 daughters were refused as dependants. Her agent claimed he didn’t receive nsf mails and also their father didn’t apply with them but the refusal letter stated to submit a copy of the father’s visa application copy. I have attached the copy of the letter below. Please what do you guys think it’s the issue here and what’s the way forward ?

Well I did not make my comment for you...seems you are damn rich. My comment Is for those people here that don't have much and can't afford such Tuition Fee payment within a short period Of time.

Note: if You are applying to any school, make sure you asked them to send you their payment plan...oxford brookes payment Plan is something else. Stay away from this school if you are rich...my one piece

If you are unable to pay deposit and remaining school fees within short period then it’s obvious that you are going to use fraudulent way to get the visa.

It shows that you got no money to study in the UK , just want to japa by any means possible.

Stay away from oxford brookes. After paying £3000 deposit, they will demand for another £6000 deposit before you register to the school over there. I know some that is stranded in UK now he applied for jan2022 intake

It’s totally normal... after the initial deposit,?most schools require you to pay a fee on enrollment usually 50% or even more

How old are the kids? If she is a student and the kids are young, she will not be able to take care of the kids. Her husband should have applied with the kids so he will be the one taking care of them while she is schooling. There is no way they will approve dependent visa for kids that are young without having the other spouse support.

Please can I pay tuition deposit with uba domiciliary account.

Whilst on placement you can work full time, the 20hr limit does not apply to placement students provided your university is aware of the organization you are doing ur placement with. Universities provide support but you will do your applications and attend interviews as normal before securing a placement job.

So what did they submit to support the application? Did they not submit the parents Visa? Did they attach the mothers Visa page? What did the mother fill in her earlier form as regards to the kids or was she silent on them? Was there a consent form filled and signed by both parents and attached in their Visa application? Am asking because some of these so called agents don't know their left from right

Globus Bank is slow not the way it is been portrayed here.

Once you apply on the cbn portal you have to call their customer care to escalate the application.

I chose Northampton over Ulster because

1. The course I wanted.
2. Tuition fee which was quite affordable.
3. Then scholarship given (Which was 30%).
4. Cost of living and accommodation
5. I was inlove with the way they constantly communicated. It's very impressive as they send in information every now and then and constantly keep in touch. You just always feel included..That was cool for me sha. Unlike Ulster.

If you want Ulster, then email them. Copy all necessary people. It worked for me. I copied everyone I could.

I’ll appreciate your piece of advice pls, I have a strong passion to study business analytics or data analytics, especially as the job prospect is high. I’ve also wanted to switch career to tech or something close.

Now the few school that I have tried applying for typically wants a requirement in the field of mathematics/computer science/ engineering etc. I have no such experience. My b.sc was public administration and my work experience has all been in customer service.

Pls what school do not need these limiting requirements or any other non-science course with very high job prospect? Thanks in advance

The Pre-cas interview is not something difficult cos you would have been sent the questions you will be asked through your mail. Just make sure you make research on each question and you will also be assigned an agent if you don't have one, who will put you through the answers to the questions given.

Please which one is School Invoice. Because I didn't get this from this school and I only attached Offer letter stating that a Deposit of 2k should be paid. I didn't get a personalized invoice. Attached other documents too. Kindly advise?

They are age 4 and 7. What do you suggest going forward ?

They applied together with the mother. Father’s consent was included in the application
