However, I did some research and I learnt NIFOR dont sell Supergene but only Tenera. Are you sure the seedling you are suggesting is Supergene ?

I finally decide to take d bold step by securing 4.5 acres of land. Your guidance and motivation will be appreciated because there are lots of silent reders which you have all motivated.

NIFOR doesn't sell SUPERGENE!!!. Contact 09051039929 for your authentic Supergene seedlings plug. Go to his farm to see things for yourself, less than 20 months old mature trees already fruiting

Since we are not sure if super gene is really here, who is ready to do business with me, I will import the seed/seedling from Malaysia and the person will do the nursery which we will share.

2.Good road ..for the evacuation of your FFB
3. Avalability of labour/Labourers.
4. Details elements of the project. eg
a. Survey of the land/ location
b. Assesment of the land/soil
c. Land preparation, namely, clearing and felling, burning etc.
d. Maintanance of planted field including weeding and pruning.
e. Purchase if fertilizer and its application
f. Havesting and transportation of of the FFB into palm oil and storage.
g. Building, for storage and factory......
