MARINA49: Nothing is impossible, but that letter usually means they've made a decision on his application. And it's hard to get a positive decision if you've not done medicals yet. But let's wait and see sha. |

princetx:I'm guessing you are applying via the new portal. The new portal requires that you account for every single year between when you went to school and after you got a job till date. So if graduated say in April 2005 and got a job in January 2009, you must account for the period in between by stating you were "unemployed" between May 2005 till December 2008. I hope this makes sense. You can also reach out to me via my signature and i could further explain. Godspeed. 1 Like |

Lekins100: Whatever program you choose, make sure the program is recognized by planner association in Canada. Otherwise, you may find it hard to get planner jobs after you graduate. All the best. 1 Like 1 Share |

Lotathebaby: Hi, did you mention your UNN education as post secondary education on your study visa application? If yes, what documents were required by IRCC? |

Good evening everybody. Some weeks ago, I came here to tell you that I got a settlement offer after doing my JR. However, they were delaying to reopen the file. I sent a message to the office at Abuja, Lagos and Nairobi. I did not get any response at all. I also raised webforms, I still got no response. This morning, I sent a message to some MPs in Manitoba and one person responded. I’ll attach his response to this message. Please, do you think I should keep sending messages to the Abuja, Lagos and Nairobi offices or I should hold on?

Goodevening nairalanders, I joined today after a friend of mine recently introduced me to nairaland. Actually i have questions. 1. I found out today i received a medical request on Feb 10th,2022 and i am to do my medicals by 8:am tomorrow. Actually my application is being handled by one of my aunts, who runs a travel agency. Will it be too late to send my medical results after its ready? 2. What do i do to avoid problems? There's a particular section in the request letter, where an applicant is told to inform IRCC as soon as possible if he or she cannot complete the medicals within the 30 days timeframe . Will this help in any way? 3. Also, what do i do?...i forgot to bring my covid19 card with me and I dont stay in Lagos. I wasn't informed on time. Someone advised me to snap it. Pls i need answers... |

Hi, Lucky you, Feb 10 is still within 30days. I will advice you go to IOM Ikeja very early tomorrow. Explain all this to them, You can be lucky to have it done same day or 10th which is still within. You do not need your Covid 19 card to do medical. All you need is yourself, International Passport, Payment receipt and your Medical request letter. Regards. BellefilleOma: 1 Like |

Good evening my fellow Nairalanders...... A quick question; Is it possible for someone to visit Qlife clinic for medicals without appointment, especially when all the days for the month has been fully booked? Do I stand a chance of being attended to, or I will be bounced for visiting without appointment? Thanks as I expect a feedback from the experienced guys.....

Good evening house, I sent some M.P's in Ontario email and 3 of them replied requesting for the same thing from me; address, phone number, postal code and a valid government I.D for them to make inquiry about my application to IRCC on my behalf. What i'm confused about is if the details they're asking for are Canadian details or my Nigerian details cos i'm still in Nigeria o. Please help @legaceyedition, anon123, makano, osemigho, teemenzo, Frankrobnn1, ketima and other gurus.
