Thanks for the advice. But please what is OGSG? There's no structure on it , it an open land one plot corner piece

mymadam:

First thing.... perfect the documentation

(OGSG C of O => Registered Survey, OGSG-Approved Building Plan... if there's a structure on the land), etc.

Other things will smoothly follow.

Sorry, is C of O important in land banking, if one is just buying lands for later sale.

Not necessarily. However, if there's an issue - family, third party, etc - BEFORE you succeed in flipping the land, you may end up losing it. Why? Lack of genuine government-approved title documents!

For this very important reason, I never buy landed property outside State or Federal Government estates. Yes, this is more expensive than buying family land but my peace of mind is almost 100% guaranteed smiley

Once upon a time, we had a great forum called treasury bill thread, we discussed and watched each others back until the over sabi fellas arrived and chased away everybody including their selves. Today the forum is a ghost town.

Moral: never respond to strangers with all your energy, ignore them until they become family members.

Let's revive our good works, we have great savings bond that looks good and commercial papers flying around with rates of minimum of 9%. Can we go back to that era we shared info?

Most times when adverts for the CP's are placed, they come with the issuing houses. All you need to do it to contact the issuing house by mail. Most of them will send you the form online with the account number to send the money. Download the form, fill, transfer the money and the filled copy of the form with the evidence of payment.

Once you succeed in that one, you will be contacted by the firm whenever is arranging any or is part of the marketer to any.

Where you make money is in volume. If
invest 50M, you will reap 15 million in 3 years. This is cool especially you don't know of other viable business to venture.
