Some comments on here suggest Ukraine was used to bait Russia, if indeed they were baited as suggested why then haven't NATO move here, why do we have contradictory stories regarding how best to supply Ukraine with the needed weaponry, why havent the west declare a no fly zone.

Unfortunately for people supporting Putin,this is now turning out to be a war he would lose,unless he saves face fast and enters into serious negotiations with Ukraine,from ironically,a now weakened position.
With this supply of new anti air missiles coupled with the real possibility of Poland finally supplying fighter jets,the air space would be made even and many of his idling sitting troops would be easy targets for Ukrainian aircraft.
When you now couple the fact that less than a week into severe sanctions the Russian economy is in crisis and Russians from all works of life are beginning to feel the painful impact,it is becoming obvious that Putin,rather than go down in history as one of the strongest Russian rulers,may turn out to be the one that caused than not just economic ruin but disgrace in the field of battle.
