Leaving money on the table is another challenge traders face. Man I've been leaving so much money on the table lately and it hurts. @englishisamust did you get in the EU longs today? Took profit too early and it's painful.

I had one long today, it hit my sl and later went to my anticipated direction. I hardly face this because I used 1to 2R constantly. Whenever I'm in a trade and price reach 0.9R or 1 R, I will put my stoploss to breakeven and wait for price to reach the 2R. I had experience sometimes when price will remain 2pips to reach my target and it will reverse to breakeven. It is part of my rules I have to trade like robot..

Not until one acquires the necessary insight of what happens inside the candles within a specific period and also the valid levels price would respect/react, trading forex will remain difficult.

What happens inside the candles? Nothing but pure numbers.

How can you be consistent when you just said "I just started trading", "I don't seem to get a hang over this thing"?
To be consistent, you have to be consistent with the way you approach the market. Consistent habits begets consistent results.
You may also ask yourself these questions:
Why do I trade? Do I have an edge or strategy? Do I have sufficient data to back up the viability of my edge? Your edge will normally determine your sl and tp. Do I have confidence in my edge? Am I scared of taking a loss while executing my edge? What are my analysis and entry timeframes? There's just so much you need to ask yourself.

Eur is the strongest currency and JPY is the weakest currency for the day ... Trade well guys

I gave a bullish case the other day, now will give a bearish case. So far the last supply zone 2015 - 2074 is holding, if today's candle closes below the zone i will sell it and hold. The weekly/monthly looks like a potential double top with a target of 1282.

From there I could position at 1750 for a massive surge towards 1950 and above by next week.

I closed trade, work up for work e pull back small, i was proud of my exit, only to come back and see say men market don travel to were i initially predicted,

That's the issue i face wan i reduce time frame and forget to look into the pick picture.
But nothing spoil,
Slow and steady wins the race.

Thus your analysis is quite outdated,
Secondly, its even too late to make sense of what you just shared, because major forex hours is closing.

All you have said, anyone opening charts can already see this,

Double your lotsize, start trailing your stoploss, then follow your plan. Reduce leverage to by 1/2

Never trade gold without a stoploss this period no matter how sure you are of direction.

Volatility and volume have returned. Easy to make money if you have the experience and patience.
