Sylva and Buhari are not wise, why don't they call this people and make businesses easy for them, create laws that make doing business easy for them. You have signed pib laws, then IOC decides to check out, have a meeting with them and know were they have issues and wave some things out for them, to enable them keep investing in Nigeria. These same IOC are in other African countries doing well, but because we have dumb leaders, that don't know how to negotiate, opportunities are passing us by. 6 Likes 1 Share |

Useless sylva...these freaks are annoying..he should ask himself and his oga why many persons are pulling out and refusing to invest in the oil and gas sector.. Nonsense people...they have destroyed the country to the extent we are now missing out on a wonderful opportunity with the oil price soaring above 100 dollars.. 1 Like |

mauchiz:they are both fools...the insecurity in the country is alarming..government regulations are draconian..why won't the IOCs pull out..now we can't maximise the opportunities right in front of us with oil above 100 dollars per barrel.. 3 Likes 1 Share |

bayelsaowei: Exactly, our leaders don't think, I will not say they should amend the pib, they should wave somethings out to enable them do business, indegenous companies don't have tools to drill, they depend on international oil servicing companies, you think the IOC will like to give Nigerian companies job, they will not, they came with the oil servicing firm to Africa, so if is not favoring them, they will all leave and tell you they doing energy transitions but drilling in other African countries, if you ask them what they are doing there, they will look for one professional lies and tell you. Sylva and Buhari should use there brain, these IOC are all from Europe and they are one, you cant separate them, hope you see what they are doing to Russia, anywhere America say they are going, all of them go with America. 4 Likes 1 Share |

The minister is right ,let Nigeria grow at her pace . They wouldn't have cared about our output if not for the scarcity. We can only try our best but we can't deny Africa has her own problems and limitations. They shouldn't impose their problems on us . As Africans We have to understand our comparative advantage is not our natural resources. |

Crude theft under Mr integrity is on the increase, so how do you expect to meet quota? Steal through subsidy as you import, steal through bunkering and pipeline vandalism as you export. This is next level. 1 Like |
